Great old style hotel

Pros: Nice room great older style motel in close proximity to the centre of Rome

Good deal for price mainly because of location.

Pros: Location is great, 10 minute walk from Colosseum. Train station is also very close(easiest way from airport to Rome), metro was right at the hotel entrance. Hotel is good, you can tell it was fancy a while ago. Now it needs some refreshments, but still is good. Price is adequate. Staff is nice and welcoming. Breakfast was fine but the same all days besides some sweet pastry.

Cons: Bed was not for our liking(too soft) and pillows was very stiff. You can hear some noises from other rooms next to and below/above, for example, cleaning, walking and in some cases TV as well. View for our room was none, there was just another building in front us in like 2m, but we knew there will be no view.

Pros: This is a beautiful, traditional hotel. The staff were all lovely. The location is handy for the train station and not too far a walk from the main tourist areas. The room was lovely and quiet at night despite the hotel being in a busy area.

Had a great 5 day stay couldn’t fault the hotel.

Pros: great location walkable to all the big tourist spots and metro right outside hotel. staff were all super friendly and room was spotless. breakfast was really good with fresh coffee and lots of choice of food.

Pros: Good location. Walking distance (10 Min)from termi train station. Walking distance to Colisay (15 min.).

Cons: Some noise coming from staff preparing for room cleaning early in the morning.

Pros: Very central location. Pity the Metro station just outside the hotel was closed. Not the fault of the hotel and we managed to get around well. Very clean. Large rooms. Very comfortable. Staff brilliant.

Excellent location and walkable to all of Rome

Pros: The location is awesome! It’s a five minute walk from the train station so if you have luggage, it’s not too far, and it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. It is walkable to all the main attractions if you’re up for it really good location! the staff is incredibly friendly and made our state that much more pleasant. They recommended some really good local restaurants and this hotel has two small cafés right outside which are fun to sit at and get a drink at night and watch all the people go by.

Cons: Our view was the back of a run down building. We didn’t mind as we were only in our room for sleeping. Other than that, really nice and clean hotel.

Wonderfu, central hotel in an old palace

Pros: The good attention of the people at the desk. My questions were answered every time. They were very polite and helpful with directions and places to visit in Rome that were, not so crowded. I would like to commend Stefan, desk attendant for his special courtesy. The waiters in the breakfast room were very busy, working hard to clean up promptly and helped me with using the coffee machine. All the waitors were smiling and friendly The breakfast choices were huge, every possible menu of fresh food and cooked breakfast.. I liked the quietness of the room, away from street noise, easy to sleep and very clean, serviced daily. I liked the old sculptures and paintings The hotel felt special and beautiful like the old palace. it once was. I was sent a lovely welcome e mail a couple of days before I arrived. It was a good location close to Metro and easy walk to the Colesseum. It was perfect for the solo traveller.

Cons: I was happy with all of my stay at the Napoleon. . I would definitely stay there again, perfect quiet location, opposite a park and friendly hotel.

Brilliant place for Rome Getaway

Pros: Brilliant staff, great lounge to hang out in, small hotel bar to get drinks to your liking, location on a nice square with lovely jazz cafe next door. 10 minute walk to Colosseum. Breakfast substantial, and something good for every taste.
