Art House Centro Storico Apartment

I still recommend it. I really liked my stay and will stay again as it is great value for money.

Pros: Excellent location. In between 2 popular piazzas (Popolo and Spagna) so there is a lot to explore in the area. The street where the apartment is located is lively, with very easy access to the next metro station, cafes, restaurants, grocery, outlet shopping, and gelaterias. The apartment is refurbished and better than many old 3-star hotels in Rome. It looked like the advertised photos except maybe more worn IRL. Bonus that the second room could either be a living/dining room or turned into another bedroom as there was a sofabed.

Cons: The wifi was unstable and mostly non-existent. Since TV content was all dubbed in Italian, internet connection was necessary. I eventually got a Nomad eSim, and that made all the difference since online information and maps are important when visiting a foreign country. The doorknob access was tricky on the first night, so a detailed written instruction would have helped. The showerhead was not the most pleasant, and the hot water in the shower was like that in a normal home with a portable boiler, it's tolerable but, it was either too hot or too cold. It would have been great to have easier access to duvet rather than under the bed. Lastly, a microwave would be a great addition to the apartment.

A very comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

Pros: Amazing location and the apartment is well kept and beautiful. Yoi are literally living in the shopping area yet it is quiet.

Cons: They should keep some basic things such as coffee ,sugar, salt etc. Cannot buy all this stuff for a couple days of stay.

Cosy and felt like home

Pros: The location was perfect in the heart of the center everything was easy to visit on foot or by public transportation

Cons: With all my good will and respect and in order to improve your services you should pay more attention to the cleaning of the refrigarator and the balcony and it would be more practical to put a closet to the main room.

Lovely clean central apartment

Pros: Loved the very central location and pietro who met us was very helpful and informative Loved the outside space

Cons: Needs a few more essentials, bottle opener etc and beds a bit hard

Great for a short stay in central Roma.

Pros: Location is perfect for shopping, transport and an easy walk to Trevi, Spagna and more

Cons: Could only have hand held shower because the wall fixture and shower head were broken. Some instructions on how to deal with garbage would be helpful.

Pros: В отлично месте! Квартира 2 комнаты и свой дворик внутренний дворик. Отдыхали вдвоём, нам всего хватило. Но если 4 ре человека и более, чем неделя осенью или зимой, может не хватить места доя вещей БлагоДарим за отдых

Cons: Немного требует косметического ремонта.

Pros: Posizione veramente top, terrazza comoda, prezzo adeguato.

Cons: Cucina priva di piani di appoggio, tavolo interno praticamente inesistente, ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di utilizzare il terrazzo, viste le belle giornate.

Molto buono

Pros: La disposizione dell’ appartamento è il terrazzino favoloso per momenti di relax

Cons: Che non c’è un vero e proprio soggiorno , e poi la tv non sono riuscito a vedere una sola sera la tv ,consiglio di rivedere lo spinotto antenna.
