Pros: Fantastic location, very convenient for walking to the historical centre, for eating, for shopping and close to metro. Big size and comfortable bed. Very clean room!

Clean, comfortable and central. Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment is in a very central location with bus stops and a metro station close by. The area is quite busy however not too loud and seems safe. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom is spacious. The kitchenette with teas, coffees and biscuits available 24/7 for guests free of charge is a lovely touch.

Cons: Whilst the bathroom is huge the bedroom in itself is quite small. Nonetheless, the positive features of the property surely outweigh this.

Pros: The bed is amazing. Super comfortable and spacious room. The location is the best ever!

Cons: Maybe just to find something not so positive is the lift, but it's usually like that in Rome.

Overall we enjoyed being so close to what we wanted to see.

Pros: Marco was very hospitable and gave us all the information we need. Location was excellent , close to all tourist places, walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish stairs, colossium , Vatican City, restaurants, shopping.

Cons: The shower definitely needs updating, shower had mould and it needed a good paint to freshen it up. It would have made it look so much better.

Pros: Location was A++++ Room was lovely! Aircon good. Sound proof windows.

Cons: Bathroom shower around the floor edges was bad black mold.

Pros: Well-Designed Room in a Perfectly Central, Quiet Location — Just 4 Minutes to the Metro. A beautiful and spotless room with a smart, functional layout. The host was friendly and readily available throughout the stay. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the area was remarkably quiet and peaceful — offering both central convenience and a sense of calm.
