Close to Spanish steps and right at the shopping area

Pros: The rooms are really big and spacious. There is also a communal kitchen and lounge area with coffee, tea and snacks.

Cons: There was a weird smell in our one bathroom.

Awesome location, clean, large space and nice and cool on those hot days.

Pros: Our room had the perfect view. It was a large open space and the aircon was a huge plus given how hot is was. Breakfast was great just around the corner. Loved the little shared kitchenette providing tea and coffee and biscuits.

Would have to be the best place to stay in Rome

Pros: Everything about this property was great - staff were lovely and communicated well. The room we stayed in was very nice and big. Absolutely fantastic location right near the Spanish Steps.

Cons: Only very small thing was that we didn’t realise that the check in is at a different location so when we were dropped off we had a slight panic attack. Thankfully we had the WhatsApp number and after a quick phone call we realised it was 50 metres away it was fine. After travelling for 20 hours we just wanted to get into our room so it was a slight delay.

Great location

Pros: Room size is very comfortable and overlooking piazza di Spagna! Very central, clean rooms.

Cons: Breakfast is done via a voucher at a near by coffee shop which offers limited list of items. Ordering nothing from the offered list and ordered a simple pouched egg on toast with avocado was told to pay for this EUR5 . They should be flexible !

Perfect location, beautiful view and very clean apartment

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rome. You can go everywhere by walk. All restaurants, supermarkets, metro, ice cream shops are around within 5 minutes walk. It has an amazing view of the Spanish step. The apartment is very clean, with enough space for our family of four, bigger than most of the hotel rooms. They have a pantry with tea, coffee, and sweet treats. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We are really happy with our stay and we will be back.

Cons: The only small thing that could improve is the single bed, if it is a sofa bed which we can open to a double bed then there will be more space to sleep for a family of four like us.

Pros: Location is amazing for a short trip to Rome from where u can literally walk anywhere! Yes, it is louder in the rooms, but that is the whole point of being in the center of Rome. I loved it that they provide earplugs!
