Boutique Comfort in the Heart of Rome

Pros: Beautifully designed boutique guest house in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza di Spagna. Very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The owner, Riccardo, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and Marcello was also wonderfully attentive. We truly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

Pros: What a beautiful place to stay, we were well looked after. I would definitely recommend La Scalinata. Perfect location too.

Cons: Took me a little to understand scanning my phone to enter, but that's me being a little technical challenged 😁 once I got the hang of it, all was perfect

Pros: We stayed in room 1, which was very spacious, modern and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. We had the water and cookies replenished every day, which was a very nice touch. Marcello was always available and helped us with any request we had. And it also has to be said, that the location of La Scalinata is exceptional....Minutes from Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Very very close to the metro station. Wonderful breakfast is available at Il Gianfornaio next door. Overall we fully enjoyed our stay in La Scalinate and highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

Cons: I wish we could stay longer :-(

our New luxury, escape Home from Home in Rome!

Pros: absolute haven and escape from the busy streets fantastic location - two minutes form the Spanish steps! luxurious, so comfortable and Marcello was the most perfect host i have experienced couldn’t to enough for us. we will be back. this is our new home from home in Rome!
