Pros: The property is well placed near the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza de Popolo. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and attentive. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Cons: I would have liked to have a bigger sitting area as there were 6 of us who wanted to gather together when we returned from our days out.

Fantastic place to stay in centre of rome

Pros: Excellent location right on the spanish steps and all main tourist areas. Lovely cafe downstairs for breakfast. The appartment was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and communications were really detailed .

Pros: A truly beautiful place in an amazing location! Rome and all of its incredible gems are right at your fingertips, and just steps from the house you’ll find fantastic coffee and delicious breakfasts. We absolutely loved it! ❤️

Perfect location with everything you could possibly need for your visit to Rome!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic location - right next to the Spanish Steps and underground station making it easy to get around Rome. The room was spacious and clean with all the desired facilities. The air con was great too - a must for August heat in Rome. Jessy was the perfect host - always responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. I could not fault this place and would recommend it to everyone visiting Rome.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Rome, close to the Spanish Steps, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, and just a 7-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The room was spotlessly clean, and the host was very attentive to every detail. For arrivals outside reception hours, there is a very easy and well-organized self check-in process. The place felt safe, and the bed was very comfortable. It would be a lovely touch to have a feather pillow available. The reception staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. I would like to note that the small fridge in the room made a vibrating noise at night, which led me to unplug it. There was also some noise from other guests late at night, which of course was not the host’s fault, but it would have been nice if they had respected the quiet hours. Overall, it was a delightful stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Pros: Outstanding 2-night stay during our family trip to Rome with our 12-year-old granddaughter! Perfect Location Literally steps from the Spanish Steps! Trevi Fountain (5 min), Via del Corso shopping (2 min), excellent restaurants nearby. Great Accommodation Spacious, impeccably clean room with all necessary amenities. Perfect for our family of three. Exceptional Service Special thanks to Jessi for her warm, helpful hospitality! Her personal attention made our Roman holiday extra special. Ideal for Families Central location means easy access to attractions with minimal walking. Our granddaughter loved being so close to everything! Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again.
