Incredible location and excellent communication.

Pros: Location was excellent! Communication with host was fantastic!

Cons: Only thing I would change is the pillows as they were really really soft but staff provided extra pillows immediately upon request.

10/10 perfect location 1 minute walk from spanish steps and some viral food places

Pros: picture perfect just as shown on booking.com nice modern clean bathroom

Cons: only thing i didnt like was that there was no full length mirror in the room other than that it was perfect

A very pleasant stay

Pros: Εxcellent location, very clean and nice room, regular housekeeping service and very helpful staff (Nicole et al)!

Cons: The mattress of the single bed was not great but it was changed as soon as we informed members of staff. The double bed, however, was excellent.

Pros: Amazing stay! The location was perfect, convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made the experience special. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back 😊

Love love!!

Pros: The design of the room,the details,the fact that there was every day cleaning from a very polite person,the spot of the room,just around everything… very happy to book this again and again!

Cons: My only complain is the fact that I had a problem with the safe box ,and the person I talked with on the phone ,was very rude,asking me the reason why I was calling that late!!It was six in the afternoon and that was the time when I tried to open the safe box and I couldn’t.Should be more careful next time a client asks for help.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect just a short walk from the subway, shopping streets, and the main attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and always available, day and night. We truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. perfetto

Pros: The housekeeping staff was quite respectful and the front Desk girl was kind, aswell as informative. The hotel had a great localization and the Room felt very modern.

Cons: For the price they charge, it is a shame they dont have 24h reception or serve breakfast, in comparison to other hotels that are cheaper.

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful spacious rooms with comfortable beds. They provided complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. The only place to stay in Rome !

A truly exceptional stay!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was stunning, beautifully designed, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The bed deserves a special mention; most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! What truly stood out, however, was the staff. I fell sick during my stay and unfortunately caused a bit of inconvenience to the hotel team, but they handled everything with the utmost professionalism, kindness and care. Their support made a difficult moment so much easier, and I am genuinely grateful. We loved every part of our stay and will definitely be returning. I’ll also be recommending this hotel to friends and family, an exceptional experience from start to finish.
