Pros: The staff, the location, the room, the bed, the piping hot water in the shower, and the breakfast in an authentic Roman cafe/ bakery.

Cons: The poor flooring immediately outside the shower in the Tevere room. This is rather dangerous, and someone could easily put their foot through it. Looks like there has been a major problem here for a while. This needs fixing immediately as it isn't safe.

Fantastic location with a super comfy bed

Pros: Loved the location and the bed was so comfortable. Also had a fridge and aircon which is so needed to Rome. Great place to stay for restaurants and bars.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect for what we wanted in Rome and the location is amazing for eating and drinking

Pros: Easy check in and great location for restaurants and bars in the evening. Clean and tidy. Room was a good size. We arrived late in the evening and the check in was relatively easy to do remotely.

Cons: The floor by the shower was giving away and you felt like you'd fall through the floor if you stepped on it.

Central location and nice bed

Pros: Right in the center of Trastevere, all bars and restaurant are nearby. Breakfast is downstairs at the bar, stuff were friendly. Altough very noisy area, if you close the windows you can have a great sleep!

Cons: The room was spacious, but a bit noisy when walking next to the bed, maybe they need to do some improvements. Also, the shower cabin can use an upgrade.

Spacious hotel in a great location

Pros: Wonderful hotel in Trastevere, large, spacious room with comfortable beds (children each had a small single). Breakfast was in the bakery below and was delicious! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside was the noise from the tram at night if you are a light sleeper but this was fine once ear plugs were in place!

Great choice for best location in Trastevere

Pros: Nicest people. Great to have local breakfast! Great room, great staff and fantastic location.

Pros: Great location, close to tram and bus. Room was spacious and comfortable, lots of added detail than an average room. Free breakfast down stairs in the cafe great coffee and orange juice, and their own bakery on site. Could pretty much have what you wanted savoury and sweet. Lots of locals go here. It is on the Main Street but honestly was very quiet in the room

Pros: Very friendly receptionist, delicious breakfast, early check in possible. I felt very welcomed and will be back

Pros: Wonderful location above the Giselda cafe. The staff were excellent and any issues were dealt with immediately. Breakfast was included with a delicious array of coffees fresh orange juice pastry’s Italian pannanie’s with yummy meats off the bone cheeses and pesto.

Cons: The basic kitchen space was shared with 2 other apartments which was a surprise. we didn’t use it or need it as a fridge was in our room and with breakfast included we really didn’t need it. There were several stairs to reach our apartment but they helped us with our luggage.
