Excellent place with spacious sleeping area and spacious fully equipped kitchen. Worth it!

Pros: The place is located 5 minutes from a train station and 20 minutes' walk to several tourist attractions

Cons: Nothing I didn't like

Great for the price and location

Pros: One room.apartment where you have everything one needs for short stay. There was cleaning lady everyday changing towels and doing some basic cleaning. Location and personnel nice as well.

Cons: Close to train station making it loud at times. General cleanliness was moderate. Bed was not that comfortable.

Clean apartment with good kitchen equipment. Location is good.

Pros: The location is good since it is near the Metro station.

Cons: Too many keys that you have to carry when you go outside. And if somebody of a group wants to get sepereated, handling the main key is an issue.

Good for the price

Pros: Great location: metro station, train station (easy access from Fiumicino), suburban rail station (trains to Ostia beach), all within 5-10 mins of walk. Super friendly and helpful staff, they allowed us to arrive later than the official check-in time. Also, after check-out we could leave our bags for the couple of hours before heading to the airport. We got ice in the freezer, kitchen is equipped with the basics - for a short stay it's okay. It's good value for the price, comparing to other accomodations in Rome.

Cons: The AC unit was a bit old and noisy but did the job. Those who stayed(?) in the neighboring apartment (there are 2 twin-apartments accessible through the same front door) where super loud late at night. We stayed for 2 nights only so we didn't want to cause trouble, but the walls between the 2 apartments are really thin.

It was what i expected for the need I had for one week, being in the office all day anyway.

Pros: The reception is well organized and the people are very nice. The bed was made every day, and there were clean towels available every day. The apartment is used but on the whole, clean. There is the possibility to borrow an iron, if you need to iron shirts to go to the office.

Cons: In the kitchen, although the kitchenette has four cooking spaces, only one works. There is an oven, but there is no grid or cooking pans to cook.

Pros: Appartamento molto carino e comodo come posizione. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, massima pulizia. La vista non è il massimo, affaccia su altri palazzi, ma la cosa buona è che sono parecchio distanti. Host gentile e disponibile

Cons: Il parcheggio non è facile trovarlo, ma c'è un garage a pochi passi e si risolve il problema. Prezzi convenzionati da 15 in su

Pros: L'appartamento era bello e spazioso, sempre pulito, tutti i giorni mi cambiavano l'asciugamano. La posizione è ottima, in un bel quartiere con tutti i seevizi sottto casa, serbito da mezzi pubblici e con degli ottimi posti per mangiare sotto casa

Cons: Mancava il bidet in bagno. Non c'è il wifi ne la tv.

Pros: Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa per una persona e letto comodo
