Pros: The apartment is spacious and has everything you may need, excellent wi-fi signal, air conditioning, comfy bed, great location, local cafes, supermarkets, restaurants all under 5 minute walk. Close to metro line A (7 minute walk). There is both a moka pot and a nespresso type coffee maker, the hosts left a whole jar of delicious freshly ground coffee for us, there were capsules too we didn't use. There is tea, salt, pepper etc.
Cons: The walls in the bedroom are very thin so you can hear the people in the neighbouring apartment, you can also hear everything from the hallway. But it's a quiet residential building and the neighbours were talking only one night of our stay so it wasn't problematic. The street is very quiet, practically no foot or car traffic.

Pros: Nice and quite big apartment, well-equipped and clean. The place is maybe far from the city centre, but it's located really near to the metro station (up to 10 minutes on foot), so we didn't have issues with moving around the city. There are some radiators in the apartment, so even in the end of February it was warm there. There is self check-in and check-out at the place.
Cons: Maybe the bathroom could have a refreshment, but in general everything was ok.

Nice apartment for good price
Pros: Nice apartment for good price. There is everything you need. Calm neighborhood with a lot of local markets.
Cons: There is a far away from Termini station (about 6 stops) and other tourist objects.

Pros: Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato da Maison Roberto per un weekend a Roma e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento, oltre a essere molto bello, è pulito, ben attrezzato e davvero accogliente. Si trova in un palazzo curato in zona Colli Albani: la fermata della metro è raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi e il quartiere è tranquillo e fornito di tutti i servizi. Ci siamo sentite sempre al sicuro, anche rientrando la sera. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, permettendoci anche di effettuare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie, Maison Roberto!

Pros: 1. Gazda foarte primitoare, a acceptat fara probleme check in-ul cu cateva ore inainte de cea stabilita in program. 2. Apartament foarte curat, cu dotarile necesare unui sejur confortabil. 3. Amplasare nu foarte aproape de centrul istoric, dar langa statii ale mijloacelor de transport in comun (metrou si autobuz) care facilitau deplasarea la locurile turistice. 4. Existenta pe langa imobil a magazinelor, teraselor si barurilor. 5. Nu in ultimul rand, un raport calitate-pret excelent!

Pros: Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a belváros felé közlekedő metróállomáshoz. Az apartman jól felszerelt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes.

A lakás tiszta, ízléses berendezés, rendkívül kényelmes. A tulajdonos figyelmes és segítőkész.
Pros: Az apartman nagyon jól megközelíthető, közel volt minden: pékség, kávézók, boltok, étterem, metró.

Pros: Большая уютная квартира, место расположение ( рядом много транспорта, есть продуктовый магазин, кафе, пиццерия), удобно добираться в любую точку города и аэропорт. Хозяин предоставил подробную инструкцию по заселению и другим вопросам.
Cons: В целом все понравилось, хотелось бы, чтобы были кофемашина ( была гейзерная кофеварка), оливковое масло и кофе.
