A very nice stay

Pros: The apartment is really nice, modern, comfortable and has a spectacular view from the balcony. It is located in a safe and good area and it is just 5 minutes walking from two tube stations: Colli Albani and Furio Camillo. The location is ideal if you want do some shopping or to reach easily the city centre. The host, Sveva, is a really nice and polite person. She provided me with all the information I needed and with some snacks and breakfast items too. I will definitely go back again.😊

Gentilezza, pulizia, sensazione di casa

Pros: Seconda volta che torniamo! Sempre tutto perfetto, pulito, riscaldamento top, accoglienza, veramente una vera chicca. Ma la cosa più bella è che, avendo avuto poco tempo il giorno di arrivo per godere della casa, il giorno successivo non ci ha dato orario di check-out permettendoci di uscire nel tardo pomeriggio (considerato anche il maltempo notevole). Sveva gentilissima e disponibile, casa super accessoriata e gli arredi li amo! C’è tutto… anche salse, olio, ci ha fatto trovare colazione e acqua! Più di così non si può chiedere!

Pros: Tutto quanto, davvero una casa bellissima e una signora gentilissima ad accogliere. Da ritornarci 😍

Polecam, czysty i zadbany apartement w dobrej dzielnicy. Miła Pani Gospodyni.

Pros: - czystość, - wyposażenie mieszkania, - spokojna dzielnica, w pobliżu sklepy, pizzerie i restauracje, - do metra około 8 minut.

Cons: jedyny drobny mankament to, że czajnik bardzo długo gotuje wodę oraz długi czas oczekiwania na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem.

Excellent séjour dans le quartier de Tuscolana!

Pros: Logement très agréable et très propre, au calme. Ligne de bus très bien desservie juste à côté

Pros: Bardzo ładne i zadbane mieszkanie godne polecenia. Niedalekie sąsiedztwo metra spowodował prosty dojazd do centrum. Widok z okna na park. Spokojna dzielnica. Godne polecenia.

Cons: Do poprawy jest jedynie ustabilizowanie ciepłej wody.

Grand logement avec jolie vue

Pros: Accueil très sympa malgré mon arrivée tardive en raison d'un retard des transports. Très bonne communication, l'hôte a été de très bon conseil et très arrangeante. Le logement est calme et très grand, avec un balcon qui donne une vue sur les collines. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Proche du métro et de la gare Tuscolana, quartier vivant avec de nombreux commerces.

Pros: Très bon séjour passé chez Svéva qui était disponible si besoin. L'appartement est bien agencé avec une belle vue du balcon, propre et bien meublé avec une petite cuisine pratique. Nous avons apprécié les collations pour le petit déjeuner et les chocolats de Pâques. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rome, à dix minutes à pied du métro. Plusieurs commerrces et restaurants aux alentours, je vous recommande celui situé en face de l'appartement.

Cons: Le réglage de la douche est un peu capricieux mais avec perséverance on obtient la température idéale, nous n'avons pas manqué d'eau chaude.

Pros: Alles wat je nodig heb in een appartement dat was ook aanwezig. Sveva heeft de moeite gedaan om voor onze oudste dochter een verjaardagtaart te kopen, die lag netjes in de koelkast te wachten en ze had ook een slinger opgehangen. Een hele aardige vrouw! Appartement zit op de 9e etage, heerlijk zo de zon in de ochtend. Gelukkig was er een lift.

Cons: Het is gehorig, zelfs het praten van de buren hoor je goed
