Exceptional. Highly recommend

Pros: Excellent location. We were greeted by the lovely Stefania and were upgraded to a Suite, which was unexpected, but beautiful! Staff were extremely friendly and we were given lots of information. The breakfast in our room was a perfect way to start the day.

Cons: We didn't stay long enough!

Pros: A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully served in the comfort of our room, which made each morning feel special. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly and always ready to help, with a smile. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.

Pros: The hotel’s location, the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, and the amenities provided even for a child were excellent. Despite our early arrival, they were able to prepare our room right away, allowing us to start the day comfortably.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked.
