Pros: The location was really central and the staff went above and beyond. It was my boyfriend’s 30th and I messaged ahead and they decorated the room and provided a cake and Prosecco. Anything we needed during our stay the staff were so accommodating, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Pros: Location and outside space we're amazing, Owner was there to greet us and explained the keys. The apartment is very small ..but you are aware of this on booking but it is worth it for the outside terrace, which is shared but feels private as you are the only apartment on that floor

Pros: It was in the middle of everything.Frank the host told us all the tips about where to go out for dinner or for a nice place away from crowded places

Beautiful terrace hotel with an amazing service

Pros: Best location I have had in Rome, near shops and restaurants and just 4-5 min walk from Spanish Steps and walking distance to all main attractions. Beautiful terrace, i enjoyed so much spending the morning there. The host was very friendly and attentive. We arrived in the morning and he gave us the key of the room , even though the check in was at 13:00 o`clock, so we had the chance to change and refresh. Also, our flight was late so we left the luggage there and when we came back, he left us to use the terrace to charge our phone and rest. Very thankful to him. Would love to visit again.

Enjoyed the stay!

Pros: Secluded patio was a very nice bonus. Shower was decent for Romes small shower. Excellent location, close to shopping and Spanish steps, along with good restaurants.

Cons: We used one room with 3 beds which was a little tight. Would suggest booking an extra room if 3 people plan to stay there.
