Our stay was good!

Pros: The apartment looks good, equipped with the necessary things, it was clean, well-kept, I had enough towels. The owner was very nice and helped us.

Cons: Due to the fact that it is located at -1, the apartment smelled of mould, but I solved it by turning on the air conditioning. There were quite a lot of ants in the apartment, but I found insect spray in the closet and after one use I got rid of of them. In conclusion, our stay was good !

very good value nice property with an outside patio close to the tennis

Pros: It was a perfect location to walk to the tennis . 15 minutes tops.

Cons: we couldn’t get the tv working properly but that was probably just us and it didn’t affect our stay.

Pros: Tutto perfetto! L’appartamento era pulitissimo e in una posizione ottima, comoda per visitare Roma. La proprietaria è stata eccezionale: comunicazione rapida, precisa e sempre disponibile, davvero oltre le aspettative. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata in giro. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Cons: Nulla, assolutamente nulla.

Die Sous-Sol Wohnung hatte alles, was es braucht und ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt von einigen Tagen.

Pros: Sehr mitdenkende und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Toller Ausblick auf die Stadt von der Terasse, welche wir mitbenutzen durften. Super war die Parkmöglichkeit (bewachter Parkplatz für 20 euro/Tag ganz in der Nähe für unser Auto.

Pros: Es acogedor y estaba todo muy limpio, la cocina estaba bien equipada, la zona es buena y tranquila, 10 minutos del metro de ottaviano. Cristina es muy amable y soluciono todo muy bien, nos guardó las maletas después de la salida.

Pros: Ambiente pulitissimo e in posizione ottimale rispetto ai nostri punti di interesse. La gentilezza, la premura e la disponibilità della signora Cristina ad accogliere ed a trovare soluzioni immediate ad ogni nostra richiesta sono state ineguagliabili. Eccezionale...torneremo presto!!!

Alloggio perfetto

Pros: Alloggio perfetto, fornito di tutto. Pulito e confortevole. Terrazzo e giardino utilizzabili.

Cons: La linea A della metro era bloccata fino al 25 agosto e quindi l'utilizzo dei bus ha creato qualche problema. Pochissimi ristoranti aperti in zona, ma a fine agosto è prevedibile.
