Pros: Location is great, in a quiet street but close to Vatican and metro station. Apartment was spotless, clean and well equipped. 2 lovely balconies, in opposite sides of apartment so one can always choose between sun and shade. And 12 points go to owner Franco. He is most amazing host. He can arrange and fix everything. Thank you and sorry for the key thing...

I stayed in Rome for three weeks and I loved every minute of it, partly also because the apartment was so comfortable.

Pros: Both the bedroom and the kitchen are really big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept really well. The apartment is in a grand building on a quiet leafy street, 5 minutes away from a bus stop. There is a small, well stocked supermarket next door, which is open 7 days a week. There are several excellent restaurants and pizzerias within the walking distance. Last but not least, the owner, Franco is a very welcoming and charming host. He was always prepared to supply any item needed and to give helpful information.

Pros: Franco is a great host. Very attentive to our needs. The apartment is within walking distance to the Vatican and has some good places to eat nearby. It was hot in Rome and the apartment had great air-conditioning.

Cons: We were driving and on street parking is a bit of a headache, but this is the case in Rome. We luckily found a spot.

Very clean, very comfortable, the host Franco was very helpful, would come again.

Pros: The property was very clean and includes the basic amenities you would come to expect. The rooms are big and open, working kitchen, bathroom, aircon and two balconies. Very comfortable to stay in. The host Franco was very helpful throughout my stay and was able to help me throughout my trip, like getting cheaper tickets for the Vatican Museum, his English is very good, couldn’t ask for a better host. Great money for value, I was here for 9 days and had no issues at all. Would come again. You can also find on Airbnb.

Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

Pros: Friendly owner. He has even helped to find a parking spot for our car around the house. Big flat with two balconies. Good for view and smokers ;) There are really big one bedroom and one kitchen. Carrefour just next to the flat.

Pros: beautiful apartment with everything you need (love that bedroom balcony) for your italian stay. Really nice and helpful owner - thank you for your hospitality. We hope to come back one day.

We definitely will come back just to meet with the host again ! He was the sole reason for an unforgettable time in Rome

Pros: It was better than in the movie *Roman Holiday* The host, the location, the evenings on the balconies, the distance to the center, the peaceful, silent apartment at night ! But mostly the host, whom we miss a lot !

Cons: There was no possibilty to not enjoy/like the apartmenr !

Pros: It is an excellent, big and cosy apartment with a lovely balcony and is near the Vatican.
