Pros: Our host was incredibly kind and helpful! He gave us a warm welcome, showed us around and even gave us a few tips and addresses that came in very handy during our stay! My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our 1 year together and we couldn't be happier with this flat! Everything was just perfect!

Cozy apartment at a great neighborhood
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with everything you need nearby. The apartment itself is spotless, well-equipped with all the necessary utilities. What made the experience even better was the host—extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, even waited us for a late check in. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or host,Highly recommended!

Perfect one week stay for me:)
Pros: A small apartment of everything. Was there for a yoga workshop and it has washing machine to deal with my clothes Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I like the neighbourhood too, quiet and safe (i am a solo female traveller). I usually dont feel safe staying alone in a hotel room but this feels like a real home. I really appreciate that Gabriele offered to book taxi for me-this is indispensable during peak tourist season as you may need to wait for hours!
Cons: If the main objective is to visit ghe attractions it’s a bit far from the city center, but very convenient buses in front of home! I need to go to the Olympic stadium every early morning and it’s the perfect stay for me

We strongly recommend the apartment and for sure will be back.
Pros: We have been travelling in two for a concert at Stadio Olimpico and simply falled in love with the apartment. Cozy, clean, all supplies needed, comfortable bed and pillows. The location is great, few bus stops to the Vatican city or you can reach it via a nice walk. The city center is reachable via buses or the Metro-subway. The neighbor is lovley - bars, supermarkets, etc. Gabriele (the host) is simply amazing person, kind, nice and available. We felt like at home. We strongly recommend the apartment and for sure will be back. Thank you Gabriele for the care and for making our stay so pleasant.

Quiet nice place to stay for 2/3 days
Pros: Good location, bus stop very close to the place. Area has a lovely bakery shop and supermarket on the doorstep. Place was very quiet and we had a good night sleep on a comfy bed. Nice touch with Nespresso pods available to us. Please bear in mind this is a flat, therefore it does not get cleaned during your stay, however there are plenty of towels available. Well equipped kitchen with manual juicer available. Great communication with the host.
Cons: The place was a bit damp. Even though it was hot outside, our clothes have not fully dried ( we stayed in May). The place could be deep cleaned a bit better, especially area around the toilet and washing machine.

Comfort stay in calm neighborhood
Pros: Host Gabriel was excellent. Very kind and helpful. You can agree on everything with him! Apartment has everything you need and even more (iron, hair dryer, coffee machine!). Bus station is across the street, bakery a minute away from apartment, just like store where you can buy food, drinks, cosmetics etc. There was no complicated related to collecting or leaving keys. Great place to stay.

Live like a local, within easy distance of the sights
Pros: Great! The location is perfect, a nice neighborhood, lively but quiet, lots of authenticity, good shops and restaurants, and easy access to the touristic parts. The flat is really nice, small but feels bigger as it's so cleverly arranged, comfortable. And Gabriele the host is super friendly , super helpful, very reactive. This is the place we'll come back to whenever we return to Rome!
