Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need on site. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: It is absolutely the same as it looks in the picture, perfectly new, it has anything you need inside, great location, nice view, bed super comfortable, clean, perfect communication with the host, honestly it made our vacation even better. I would recommend this stay, i would return here if it will be ever the case.

Pros: Everything was very clean and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities. There was an AC in every room. The Host was really kind and polite.

Pros: Wszystko w porządku. Mieszkanie czyste i odpowiednio wyposażone. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje, komunikacja. Kontakt z gospodarzem na najwyższym poziomie.

Waren dort für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Pros: Sehr schön sehr hell Lage top , die Wohnung sehr gross und sauber und es roch sehr gut in der gesamten Wohnung

Cons: Hattt anfangs kurze Schwierigkeit gehabt die Wohnungs-Eingangstür zu öffnen Und halt abends oft Probleme gehabt mit den duschen abends hatten wir meistens lauwarmes- kaltes Wasser zum duschen nur Aber mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen hat umliegenden sehr gut Restaurants, Und ist super eingerichtet die Wohnung sehr modern aber auch sehr gemütlich

Pros: Ωραίο καθαρό δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο, βρήκαμε θέση παρκαρίσματος στον από κάτω δρόμο. Βρίσκεται περίπου 10 - 15 λεπτά περπατήματος από το τρένο σε ήσυχη περιοχή.

Cons: Δεν έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, η πολυκατοικία εξωτερικά και εσωτερικά δεν βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη δεν ήταν και η ευκολότερη.

Pros: Ein wunderschönes, bestens ausgestattetes Appartement, Alessio ist ein sehr bemühter Gastgeber, er hat uns per WhatsApp alle wichtigen Informationen zukommen lassen und hat bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man hat sehr gute Bus- und Metroanschlüsse in das Stadtinnere. Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr zu empfehlen

Ottima posizione e struttura dotata di tutti i confort

Pros: La casa è nuova dotata di tutti i confort . Proprietario gentilissimo e a disposizione per tutto. Veniamo spesso a Roma e sicuramente ritorneremo in questa casa vacanze. Siamo stati bene 🥰

Host molto disponibile e appartamento eccezionale!!

Pros: Appartamento curato in ogni minimo dettaglio!! Ci sono andata con la famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto! Ci sono due camere da letto molto spaziose, una cucina ben organizzata e ti offrono anche cialde di caffè e merendine per la colazione, cosa non da tutti! Il check-in chiaro e semplice e l’host sempre disponibile telefonicamente per ogni mia domanda e/o dubbio. Per arrivare al centro di Roma ti devi spostare con i mezzi ma rimane a metà strada tra la stazione metro di Garbatella e quella di piramide. Ci sono anche diverse fermate dell’autobus a pochi minuti a piedi da l’appartamento (a Roma è una bella avventura anche prendere l’autobus 😅). Noi siamo andati a Roma in macchina e abbiamo trovato il parcheggio proprio sotto l’appartamento e l’abbiamo lasciata lì tutti i giorni muovendoci solo con i mezzi pubblici. Quartiere tranquillo che abbiamo girato a piedi di notte anche con i nostri figli di 14 e 11 anni. Direi tutto perfetto, da tornarci!!!
