Value for money!

Pros: Host was very kind. Good apartment in a nice location.

Cons: Heating could be better in one of the bedrooms.

Really good location

Pros: - 5 mins by walk to the bus station - 10 mins by walk to the metro station - plenty of restaurants around the apartment - you can go by walk to Trastevere

Cons: - it’s in a 1st floor so can be noisy (I woke up at 03:00 when people came to the building and they where loudy) - there was no Iron in the place (so be ready to be with wrinkled clothes in your photos from Rome) - We were charged 15€ for late check-in (this is the first time I’m asked to paid, most places rely on self check-in)

Pros: Peaceful neighborhood just outside the city walls. Takes 15 minutes with a lime scooter to get to the center.

The host is very nice and has a great kitchen. We bought great food at a great supermarket nearby and had a great meal.

Pros: Very cozy living environment, there are many great restaurants around, and transportation is very convenient.

Pros: The apartment is clean and comfortable. The facilities are complete, with two bedrooms, a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and a dining area, a TV, and a washing machine. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The location is very strategic, about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop heading into the city, and a grocery store (Carrefour) is around 10 minutes from the apartment. Theo met us in person to hand over the apartment keys and explain the available facilities. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for providing a comfortable accommodation during our family’s stay in Rome.

Très bon séjour à Rome, hôte très agréable excellente communication

Pros: Appartement très spacieux, propre et confortable cuisine et salon séparés de la chambre très appréciable. Proche des commodités, bus et du métro pour le centre ville . Hôte très accueillante et à l’écoute , merci !

Cons: Les murs sont mal insonorisés on entend les voisins depuis le salon , bruit dans la cour , manque un peu de vaisselle ( tasses, verres à vin ..) , confort du canapé convertible juste ok pour une personne

Pros: Logement très propre et très confortable. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare Ostiense et deux minutes des bus. Proximité des lieux touristiques après une petite ballade pédestre de 30 minutes. Hôte très accueillant et FRANCOPHONE. Théo nous attendait malgré le retard de notre avion, et a pris le temps de nous présenter le logement. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Heerlijk huis in Rome, het voelde alsof we er even woonden.

Pros: Mooi groot appartement, grote slaapkamer met airco en grote keuken waar je kunt zitten. Rustig gelegen aan een binnenplaats, in een complex met locals. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Vlakbij een bushalte en op ongeveer 10 minuten een metrohalte.

Cons: Douche en keuken hadden iets schoner gekund. Verder alles naar wens.
