Great location apartment in the centre of Rome, 20 mins on foot from everything

Pros: Matteo met us at the door. He was really polite and nice. He gave us the keys. Unfortunately we could only put our suitcases in the apartment as the previous guests were still there at 2pm!😤So rude of them when checkout is in the am. The cleaner was also waiting to enter the apartment to clean and get it ready for us! Matteo was very apologetic and kind. We were able to do all of the paper work in the landing as we waited. We agreed to go and explore and for a well deserved coffee. The apartment was as described. Restaurant and bars at your doorstep, within 20mins walk from everything.

Cons: The following are comments and suggestions to make any other customer`s experience even better. We are well travelled and expectations are high especially when to pay premium price to stay in the centre of Rome! The beds need mattress protectors. At least 2 pillow each(with protectors) should be provided as standard. I found the extra pillows in the bed storage. Bedroom drawers should be dusted and cleaned inside after each guest. I had to clean inside the chest of drawers before putting our stuff. Behind the white curtain (which needs a good wash) in the downstairs bedroom there is clutter that could be removed and a good clean given to the area which can be used as storage for suitcases. The kitchen was clean and tidy. There are only 2 large white mugs. More mugs (tazze grandi da cafe latte) need to be available. We bought a \

Pros: Location is fantastic. Balcony doors that open and overlook the street and restaurants in a piazza was fantastic. Spacious apartment with two storeys, we all had room and really enjoyed it. The host/managers offered fantastic service - the iron in the apartment didn’t work but when I reported it, they replaced it instantly with a new iron. Overall a very positive stay.

Cons: Apartment and managers were excellent. No complaints. But just a note so others know, like all traditional buildings there is no lift, so taking cases up all the stairs was not easy.

It was the perfect place for us in Rome.

Pros: The location is marvellous, in the old Rome ghetto area, in 5 minutes walk from the heart of the ancient Rome, and in 5 minutes walk to an other direction from Piazza Navona or Pantheon. The flat is really perfect to stay in, and the hosts are helpful. Some very nice restaurants and cafes in 100 meters area.

Pros: Lokalizacja doskonała , serce Rzymu . Klimat mieszkanka,zapach porannej kawy z pobliskich kawiarni oraz odległość wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych sprawiła,że to miejsce tak bardzo nas urzekło. Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny. Polecam z całego serca.

Pros: The location is amazing went by foot to all places you have all kitchen facilities if you need clean shits and towels

Cons: consider that there is no elevator and there are many stairs also in the apartment this should be more clear in the booking info in my opinion

Super toller Urlaub - jederzeit wieder ☺️

Pros: Die Unterkunft war super geräumig. Ich bin mit zwei Jugendlichen und meiner Mutter unterwegs gewesen. Obwohl die Lage sehr zentral war, war es trotzdem immer ruhig. Fussläufig ist alles in der Nähe und Lokale und Restaurants auch nicht weit. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons: Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat, der Boden des oberen Halbstockes knarrt sehr laut, wenn in der Nacht jemand aufstehen muss, ist das vielleicht nicht das Beste. Dafür kann aber niemand was, das Haus ist halt nicht mehr das Jüngste.

Pros: great location and manager was a great communicator! the location was in a perfect location as it was easy to just walk to the river area and the amazing Trastevere and also rest of attractions in a walking distance ! apartment was big and specious !

Cons: not a bad thing but , the only thing that next guests should know is that 2 staircases you need to go trough before entering the apartment , if you pack light then no issue at all but we had many suitcases:( if you having a hard time going up stairs then you should know .

We had the best stay at this property!

Pros: The location is great! We really enjoyed the proximity to all of the historical sites. Joi met us at the property to let us in and give us all the information. He was really great and nice!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was awesome!
