Spain Apartments

It was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Rome. Thank you very much.

Pros: The owner was very kind and I felt at ease. The cleaning was more thorough than any other accommodation I've stayed at. The kitchen was convenient and clean.

Cons: The elevator was too small for a family of four to ride together, and the stairs to the fifth floor were a bit daunting.

Comfy apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to buses and a short walk to the Trevi fountain. The apartment was very spacious for our party of three, with two in the double bed and one on the pull out sofa bed.

Cons: We had an issue with the hot water in the shower. It was very finicky and would only occasionally be hot but would often go back to being cold even after long periods of letting it run. However, the host was easy to contact and was going to send a plumber but we were leaving the next day.

It was a cool time in Rome. We will return there

Pros: Very great location, a lot of interesting places nearby. Comfortable bed and sleeping. Is a central location but at night there is no problem with sleeping in apartment is peaceful and silent. Kitchen is small, but everything needed is in place. Two WC rooms is additional benefit in apartment. This is an old building but have own elevator. You need to keep in mind that elevator is very small and can accommodate only 2 (3 thin) people. The balcony is great and little bit scary:)

Cons: Very weak water pressure in the shower. You can wash yourself, but it's extremely inconvenient. We had to turn on the hot water in both the sink and shower at the same time because the water heater doesn't sense the pressure of the hot water when you mix it with cold. I can’t recommend this place for 3+ people because shared kitchen room is not comfortable for sleeping - the refrigerator is noisy and it night can disturb you and sofa-bed seems uncomfortable.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Amazing location, close to everything. 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain, Spanish square, and metro stations.

Cosy one bedroom flat by Piazza di Spagna

Pros: Location is great, lovely one bedroom flat nearby Piazza di Spagna e via Condotti.

Cons: I loved everything I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros: Well designed room, spacious and in the most perfect location to explore Rome

Fantastic cannot fault.

Pros: Location, apartment, facilities- all outstanding. We had stayed in Milano and Florence previously and were disappointed with apartments and dubious 5 star reviews. Spain Apartments restored our faith. Nothing too much trouble. Washing machine, great coffee, spare set of keys to leave bags on last day, 1 minute to Spanish steps, Fantastic Experience

Pros: Location was excellent & early check in was possible very helpful staff.

Cons: The lift wasn’t working the last day was annoying dragging luggage from fifth floor. Perfect location and very clean and quiet.

Short Vacation @ Rome

Pros: The location is perfect since it is so close Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza Spagna. No need to use public transportation and car rental. Transportation from Airport to apartment is so easy and safe. Cleaning is good.

Cons: WiFi connection should be better, so much disconnection occurs. City taxes should be decreased by council of Rome or government. Disposable slippers should be better to use. No water @ Fontana Di Trevi 😞
