Pros: Excellent location in such a nice area of the city walking distance to alot of sites.

Great location and well equipped

Pros: This apartment is fantastic. Perfect location and so well equipped. We are a family of 4 (children aged 1&3) and it had everything we needed. A high chair and a travel cot for the baby. Black out blinds in the bedrooms (although one didn’t work in the second bedroom), air conditioning etc. Really impressed and thought it was great value for money.

Cons: There are a few steps when you enter the building which I didn’t see advertised. With two pushchairs this wasn’t easy but there was a lift up to the apartment after the initial steps.

Family trip to Rome

Pros: The location was excellent for exploring everything in the city. The view from the terrace was beautiful for relaxing after walking the city all day. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location

Pros: Great location and clean. Good communication with agent.

Cons: Just wish there was more flexibility on the late arrival charge. We gave full transparency of our delayed flight and there was a National taxi strike day so we couldn’t get a taxi. Ended up being slightly later than planned. However we accept that we had signed the T&Cs so was obliged to pay.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was great. If we go again, we will stay there again. We were quite comfortable with 4 adults and 2 children. I can't forget the terrace and the view.

Cons: Hot water in shower was consistently like someone was turning on another tap - but no one was. Every single day. Don’t know why it did that, but not that much of a big deal.

Pros: The location of the house is perfect, is the 2nd time we choose this house and will definitely choose it over again!!!

Pros: The location is amazing The rooms are super comfy. And the Balcony was great.

Cons: Just one remark, the showers need to be fixed. The small one there was a plug that prevented the water to drain. And the shower head on the larger bathroom is broken, water are coming out from several places through the water whose

Pros: Large and comfortable apartment which was very close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.

Pros: Very centrally located. Cafes just below the apartment. Train station about 3 minutes walk. Spanish steps about 5 mins walk and Trevi fountain about 7 mins walk. The apartment was clean. Well equipped kitchen with everything including microwave, washing machine, dish washer. The host was there to receive us and gave us all the details. He also helped to complete the check in form.

Cons: The bath was a little too high to climb in for senior citizens. Maybe a stool would help or to have a shower tray.
