Luxury apartment in a building under huge renovation

Pros: Perfect appartement for family of four in the center of Rome. Very spacious. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The organization helped secure transportation from the airport as well as back on day of departure.

Cons: Big renovation project in the building of the apartment means builders walking in and out. Very noisy drilling and other works start around 8AM every morning, also public holidays (1 May) and Saturdays. This was a huge disappointment as we stayed for six nights.

Pros: The pictures of the property does not do it true justice. It’s absolutely fantastic, huge property so much space, everything you could possibly need for your stay. It’s in a great area and perfect and only a short stroll from the Trevi fountains and Spanish steps. The metro was within 5minutes walk of the property. The staff were so helpful on being flexible with our checkin and organised a transfer to the airport. Cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book it again at a later stage for a longer stay.

Cons: It’s not a big thing but we couldn’t figure out how to get the tvs working but that was probably us not the place.

Overall good and host attentive to any issues.

Pros: Proximity to Spanish steps and main attractions. Had every gadget required in the kitchen but didn’t use any except coffee machine.

Cons: Only one set of keys was provided limiting our ability to split up and causing problems if part of the family did other things and had the Keys but could not be back on time. The beds were too hard for our liking.

Exceptionnel

Pros: La situation est parfaite et l appartement est vraiment exceptionnel! Très spacieux,très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. La literie est top et le jacuzzi est très appréciable après une journée de visite.

Cons: La propreté n est pas irréprochable notamment dans la douche de.la chambre oú il y a de la moisissure au plafond et sur la porte.

Da custodire meglio

Pros: Ottima posizione, struttura con tutti i confort, moderna e ben fatta, peccato non sia tenuta molto bene

Cons: Consiglio più accortezza nei dettagli e manutenzione. Esempio: la tv di una delle stanze era fuori uso, caffè zucchero ecc non monouso ma in contenitori e già usati, così come kit in bagno ecc

Pros: 立地はとても良く、百貨店のRinascenteの目の前です。 近くにスーパーマーケットもたくさんあります。地下鉄A線から徒歩５分、バスの停留所も近く、Google MAPを使えばバスの路線も時刻も分かるので大変便利でした。 私たちはヴァチカン近くの市場、Mercato Torionfareやスーパーで食材を買ってアパートでの料理を楽しみました。 アパートは広く快適で、人通りは多いですが騒音は気になりません。 エレベーターもあるのでスーツケースの移動も便利です。

Cons: バスタブにお湯を入れながら同時に食洗機を使ったので、ブレーカーが落ちて停電しました。幸い、私たちは対処法を聞いていました。 階段を降りてブレーカーを入れに行く必要がありました。 バスタブ、洗濯機、食洗機、電子レンジなどを同時に使う時は注意が必要です。

APARTAMENTO TOP EN UBICACION 'PRIME' EN ROMA

Pros: Fantástica ubicación a 100 metros de Plaza de España, con las paradas de metro tanto de Barberini como de Plaza de España muy cerca. El apartamento está en un primer piso, tiene 2 baños y se podrían alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas. Bien decorado y cuidado. La propiedad nos dió todo tipo de facilidades, hasta salida tardía. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para tener una estadía perfecta.

Cons: Lo que menos me gustó son los colchones de las camas. Son poco gruesos, insuficientes para personas de cierto peso.

Pros: Location is great! Walking distance from the apartment to the Vatican City and Colosseum. Apartment is well maintained. Showers from both bathrooms are great!

Cons: The curtains in the master bedroom does not fully cover the windows so the lights from the street could cause issues for sleeping. One of the curtains does not close. Otherwise, all very good!

Excellent apartment can’t wait to go back

Pros: Beautiful apartment close to Spanish steps and trevi lived everything

Cons: The hairdryer was broken could not use
