Comfortable stay and hospitality. Good location for Roman sites and Metro.

Pros: For the price the location of this hotel was decent. Within walking distance of the, fantastic, Basilica Santa-Maria Maggiore and then the Colosseum. Continental Breakfast was fine, in the authentic, attached, café bar. Coffee choices, barista made, and they'll make you more than one. The location, for us, conveniently near to the bus and metro station, was ok, although I read travel advice that some people might be more uncomfortable late at night. We walked only one street to find a couple of very good Italian restaurants open late with Ok prices for pizza and pasta. Room was a bit modest in size but not a problem as you're out so much of the day. Staff friendly and the place is run by a Mandarin and Italian speaking manageress who's lived in the city for many year.

Cons: The room size was modest but not restrictive. Everything was quite fine otherwise.

Pros: It was very clean, pleasent and kind staff, good location, good recommend

Old small place but quite good.

Pros: Good location, just short walk to Termini station. OK room, large comfortable bed, A/C, small clean bathroom, hairdryer, electric kettle with free tea but not coffee, small minibar, TV. Lift in the building. Friendly Reception.

Cons: Not easy to operate TV and not much on it except Italian channels. Early 10 am Check-out.

It was ok bc the people were great

Pros: I really appreciated how polite and helpful the front desk staff were when it came to solving problems. The location is amazing and everything is CLEAN!! I love it :)

Cons: However, I wasn’t very pleased with some issues during my stay, for example, spending an entire hot night without air conditioning. Unfortunately, that’s not something the receptionist could fix overnight, and he was kind and professional, but it would be great if the hotel made sure all appliances were working properly beforehand, especially since I paid for a room expecting AC. Another thing is that the power went out during my stay and it was during the night omg, which had never happened to me before.

Excellent guest service, well located, good breakfast and lively rooms.

Pros: Excellent communication and service. We chose the booking with breakfast and it was a very good and complete breakfast. The rooms I stayed were recently renovated and they look beautiful. The hotel has a charming interior patio. The hotel is well located and very close to central station.

Cons: The bathroom is a little bit small for taller people. The room doors should have an interior lock and the small hole to see who is knocking the door. Some noise can be heard when other guests are coming to their rooms.

VERY COMPACT, THE SMALLEST ROOM IN THE HOTEL, YET THE QUIETEST, FACING THE INTERIOR COURTYARD,

Pros: LOCATION TO THE CENTRAL TRAIN STATION, ROME METRO, AND ALL LOCATION, RELATED SITES, DINNING , CATHEDRAL SAN MAGGIORE, OTAVIANO , THE HOLY SEE, IS AFFORDABLE TO THE ROUTINE PILGRIM AND TRADESMAN.

Cons: INCREASE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE, AT ADJACENT BAR, AND GELETERIA.

Pros: •\tThe location is excellent—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel around Rome or to/from the airport. You really can’t ask for a better location in terms of connectivity. \t•\tThe reception staff were lovely—very warm and welcoming. They speak English and are available 24/7. \t•\tThe breakfast was good, with a nice Italian variety: croissants, ham and cheese sandwiches, fruits, juice, coffee, etc. \t•\tWe were allowed to leave our luggage at the property both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. \t•\tThe room was decent and had everything we needed: functioning air conditioning, a TV (though we didn’t use it), a kettle, hair dryer, towels, toiletries, etc. \t•\tThere are plenty of food options right on the same street as the hotel, including cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores

Cons: •\tThere’s no soundproofing—you can hear everything from the hallway and nearby rooms, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. \t•\tThe bathroom was quite small, though that seems to be common based on reviews of other hotels in the area. \t•\tWe had requested a double bed, but were given two single beds pushed together. They kept sliding apart, which affected our sleep. \t•\tThe building is quite old and room is also not that big. There is a lift, but it’s a very old-style one that fits only two people. You have to manually open and close the door. Still, it works fine.

Pros: A very good experience, good helpful staff and a great location. I will be back.. Ml.

ATLEAST A DOZEN FINE RESTAURANTS, WITHIN MERE STEPS, FULLY STOCKED, SUPER MARKET , WITHIN TWO BLOCKS , AN EXCELLENT CHOICE , FOR THE BUSINESS TRAVELER, WITH CLOSELY WATCHED EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. FRUGALITY, OF TRAVEL STAFF... A POPULAR NOTE AMONGEST MANAGEMENT. TO BE ENCOURAGED, EVEN INTERNAL COMPETITIONS, OF MANAGED EXPENSE ACCOUNT,S FINDING THE BEST DEALS, COULD USE THIS LOCATION, AS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY. TIMOTHY A DREW

Good accomodation for average demanded travelers

Pros: Well equipped (hair dryer, tea boiler, tea, towels, etc.) Good location (two corners from Termini station) Breakfast: Fresh, varied, not limited (but not self-service)

Cons: We found sticky drink glass rings on top of the nightstands when we arrived, but otherwise the cleanliness was okay. Room temperature was not enough warm or duvet should be thicker.
