Overall it was good. They provided towels and changed them everyday. The place was tidied up.

Pros: No breakfast. Proximity to the Vatican excellent.

Cons: Light in the kitchen was a motion light so while sitted eating it kept on turning off. Had to stand up to put it on again. Should have a steady light. For first time visitors there should have been a person to give instruction on how to get in the property when they arrive.

Great location and nice room!

Pros: This is a very nice facility with several bedrooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The location is great, close to a train station with airport access, and close to the heart of the vatican. The room was very clean and overall comfortable.

Cons: In the room I stayed in, there was no bed. There was a sofa bed - this was unexpected, as it is not as comfortable as a proper bed. Other than this, everything was good. The only other thing is that the price is steep, but I guess this is Rome after all.

Excellent property , great location

Pros: Close to Vatican , loads of shops and easily Located , if you leave the property and take a left there is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk , Chinese beside property excellent , property kept clean and tidy , lovely balcony to sit out in

Cons: Nothing really to complain about , minor detail like a light on the balcony would be useful

Pros: all was fine, location is pretty well. All facilities extremely clean and friendly-to-use.

Overall, we are happy with our stay & Nicodemo is very helpful & accommodating.

Pros: The place is very near to St. Peter’s square,near train station & restaurants & small corner shops. The room, toilet/bathroom & common kitchen are clean and tidy.

Cons: The toilet/bathroom looks new however there is a stench of smell especially if you switch off the exhaust fan. The ground-floor reception looks old & gloomy & will benefit from a little retouching.

Pros: Location is great, restaurants are near by but still a quieter section of Rome which we loved

Little gem near Vatican

Pros: Maria and the owner were very polite and helpful. The place was spotless clean and the location was great. Walking distance to many places, good food around and train to Fiumicino with one change, was so easy.

Cons: Everything was perfect

We had a great time close to the Vatican and restaurant .rooms where very clean

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean Maria and Ana where also very helpful

Pros: This place is good as gold , staff are excellent, it’s near by all the attractions few re by walk or 20 mins by bus Owner is very helpful and a good person So relaxing here Tv connected by WiFi , Kitchen provided all the essentials I am very thankful to the owner and especially Maria (staff)
