Very comfortable

Pros: The property was clean, it’s close to the termini station and the staff is very helpful.We love the smell of the hand soap,shampoo, conditioner.

Cons: The only thing that we don’t like is the front door, We don’t have keys,we need to ring the number in order to open the door but then we don’t have a sim card to ring that number but the good thing is the staff was very helpful just sent a message and helped us get in to the front door.

Overall good value for money. The host’s communications are excellent and this stay makes for an ideal base for explorin

Fabulous!

Pros: We are regular travellers to Rome but this was our first time at Capitolium Rooms. Where to start - our room was beautiful, spacious and most importantly quiet! It also contained all of the amenities you’d expect from a 4* hotel eg in-room kettle, coffee machine, iron, toiletries etc. But there’s also a communal kitchen in the properly where you can find extra coffee machine pods, sugar, frozen croissants to bake in the oven and more. Oh and the housekeeper was a lovely lady too! Honestly, we couldn’t believe how much the properly provided when compared with the price paid - definitely great value for money and we’re already planning to return.

Cons: The only *very minor* grumble we had was having to call a phone number to gain access to the property every time we wanted to enter it. But, when considering how fabulous everything else is, this wasn’t a deal-breaker for us at all!

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Perfect place to stay. Good location and very close to the main line station. Felt very secure and everything done via WhatsApp - entry code and check in etc. Lovely big room with very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely little kitchen area with tea, coffee and snacks.

Cons: Nothing it was great

Pros: Good location close to Termini. Easy to follow access arrangements. The communal area made it feel very homely. Nice and quiet at night.

Cons: Nothing really. Was perfect for our quick over night stay before flying home. Would recommend.

Pros: The place was near Roma termini which is a very good factor. We communicated through Whatsapp and staff were really accommodating and helpful! They even recommended some restaurants that offer traditional Italian cuisine. We came in late, after 8pm, but we felt really taken cared of because they’d checked on us and made sure we settled in properly. They have coffee and a water dispenser in the common area and a kettle and a coffee machine inside the room. I just wanted to say thank you because we had a very comfortable stay! 😊

Cons: Water is leaking on the floor when you take a shower.
