Central and easy to get to , great value for money

Pros: The room was modern and comfortable Great communication from the staff on the self check in process and they where very fast to reply to any questions on whatsapp. The value for money was amazing !!

Cons: Wifi was good but did drop in and out at times, but was still functional and worked for simple browsing.

Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable bed. 10 min walk to the main train station. Staff is helpfull

Cons: Breakfast only sweet croissants, cafes and orange juices.

A wonderful, centrally located room!

Pros: The room was great and very well located near Termini Station. Check in instructions were clear and it was easy to locate. An added bonus was the lift given the property was a few floors up. It was also so nice to have a balcony and watch the sunrise. Also, luggage storage is available until early afternoon which is very convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: The room is a little on the smaller side so it may be a bit hard to fit two large suitcases, but that is to be expected for all accommodation in Rome.

Good value Rome stay

Pros: Good location, some good restaurants around. Bedroom clean, comfy and modern! Was good value for a weekend in Rome.

Cons: As it's an old building, the doors are quite loud so you can hear people leaving early/arriving late. But we sleep with earplugs so not much of an issue. Shower water didn't go very hot.

Pros: location close to Termini station about 10-15 min walking distance, a lot of shops around, bus stations and restaurants! also the host, super polite and friendly :)

Cons: mattress a bit stiff for my liking but no problem sleeping.

good value for money

Pros: The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but there are dozens of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood where you can have exellent italian espresso and breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. the staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, cleaned and towels changed every day. the A/C works flawlessly. there's also a small fridge so you can cool your beverage, and a cattle for morning instant coffee. It's great that my room had a small balcony with a city view. If you're not looking for exclusive accommodation, here is all you need to relax after a full day of sightseeing in Rome.

Cons: maybe the mattresses should be replaced

Pros: Comfortable hotel-like accommodation. Location was good, close to the Termini and quite close to metro stations to go to the city center. Overall really nice stay!
