Pros: It had a very good location — just 5 minutes from the Vatican and not too far from the main tourist attractions. The conditions in the room were relatively good.

Cons: The cleaning was not very good. It could be better.

Pros: Fantastic location to the Vatican with lots of restaurants and train and bus close by. The owner was always available and provided all the information we needed.

Pros: Liked the location as it was close to the Basilica which was our main intention. The property was in a quieter spot even though it was close to the busy section of the Basilica. Room was clean and comfy for 4 people.

Cons: Nothing much. The stairs leading up to the lift might not be convenient for someone who is with a wheelchair. Otherwise the lift helps.

Nice and cozy place. A bit different from what we are used to.

Pros: The place is a flat in a old but nice building. The proximity of the place to the Vatican and St. Peters Square. No staff on the premises. Everything is remotely controlled by a man called Francis. You need to contact him over the phone in case you need anything.

Cons: For no fault of the property there was a power failure in the area the the place is located. And since everything is digitally controlled one is not able to enter into the building/flat/room. We were given alternate accommodation for that night as even the toilets even could not be used as the water runs on a pump. I would suggest a genset or sometime to take care of such emergencies.
