Cons: Nothing to complain about the place. We had only a small situation where a couple got into a discussion in the middle of the night, but apart from that, the experience was lovely.

Pros: It was a great property - in a really good location for visiting the Vatican and surrounding sights. There were a range of coffee shops/restaurants and supermarkets close by. There are buses/taxi rank outside and there is a metro station about 1km away for access to Fiumucino airport, Assisi and other destinations It is an apartment in a residential block. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms - no 4 had a balcony with table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge in the room - coffee maker and kettle are outside the room along with mugs/coffee/tea bags. It is bright and airy. Everything is compact and well maintained. Susy was the person we dealt with although we never met her - she always answered messages promptly and efficiently.

Cons: The apartment is on the 4th floor - and the lift only worked for 1 of the 5 days that we were there. This is not the owners fault but it would be very difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.

Pros: The location and the facilities were great and everything you may need is within reach.

Cons: The A/C was in need of maintenance. Didn’t sufficiently cool the room unfortunately. There is no reliable parking near the area but that is to be expected in such a central location.
