Zoe Vatican rooms

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great place and we would recommend to other people.

Pros: Location was great. Close to public transport. Was great for car parking at accommodation. Hot water was good once we spoke to host and told us how to turn the heat up. It was spacious and clean. Host was excellent to deal with.

Cons: The following is not complaints - rather suggestions to add value to your accommodation. Kitchen needs a few more things like a microwave, flying pan (not another wok), kitchen utensils - like thongs, peeler, oven glove, shower needs something to stop the water from flowing out onto the floor area as drainage does not drain water fast enough.

We liked it.

Pros: A great place, host, and apartment. We will definitely want to stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

Pros: Our host Sergio was very helpful through text messages he was very professional and straight to the point helpful informations about the apartment and the information about the transportation location, The host was super responsive and provided great local tips that made our trip even better, he went the extra mile and always asking if everything was doing well with our accommodation from start to finish! Highly recommendable apartment!!!

Cons: Maybe some cutleries and if possible some slippers would be nice

Pros: The location was good, the host was very friendly, and the apartment was modern and nicely furnished.

Cons: We didn’t like the very thin walls – you could literally hear everything from the other apartments. It was hard to fall asleep, and during the night we were woken up by a very loud intimate activity from the neighbors. We woke up extremely tired. Maybe the host can’t really do much about that, but unfortunately it disturbed us a lot. Also, the cleanliness could have been better – it was below my expectations.

Modern cosy place near the Vatican

Pros: The owner is a super nice man. The apartment is on the 1st floor and really modern and clean and easily enough space. Easy walking distance to the Vatican. Easy to get a bus or train. Parking is next to the place and I expect can be tight for a large car, it's free. Better parking 100m up the street also free

Pros: Zoe Vatican Rooms is fantastic. Stergios is a great host always willing to give great suggestions. The apartment is close to the Vatican and the old city which provides a great base. The flat is modern and clean.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Zoe Vatican Rooms! The apartment is in a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk from St. Peter’s Square, making it ideal for exploring the heart of Rome. The space was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again on our next trip to the Eternal City!

Great appartment, location & host !

Pros: Location very near Vatican. Very close from a bus station that leads you to the city if you don't like to walk ! Very modern equipments ! Great host, very convenient for checking in & out !

Pros: Very modern, spacious, fully equipped and clean apartment. The owner is very hospitable and helpfull. The location is great: near the Vatican. Also good free parking options. Within 30 minutes walking you are in the historic city centre or Trastevere. We really would like to stay here again during our next trip to Rome!
