Pros: Everything was simply amazing thanks to Cherylh! She was absolutely wonderful — kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful in every way. You truly feel like she’s part of your family. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully arranged. The location near the Vatican was perfect and made exploring the area so easy.

Cons: Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Very pleasant and convenient for our purpose.

Pros: The hostess (Cheryl) was very friendly, attentive and helpful. On arrival she made tea and coffee for us and gave us many useful tips on how to get about in Rome to the destinations of our interest, along with a map, and suggestions for restaurants. The bus stop and the train station (Stazione San Pietro) were situated just opposite the accommodation, along with the Tabbachi, which made it easy to travel. The Tabbachi also sells public transport tickets as well as coffee and sandwiches, which provided an excellent start to the day.

Cons: The mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked. We would have preferred two single beds.

Pros: The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We arrived a little later than planned, but this wasn't a problem for the staff, who then helped us find our way around, which was great for us as it meant we didn't have to do it ourselves. The room was very well equipped, and we received water every day that we could take with us on our travels. There was a minor problem with the accommodation, but the staff managed to sort it out on the same day, which was great as they were able to deal with it so quickly. Overall, we had a very good time and will definitely choose this accommodation again when we next visit Rome.

Cons: Everything was perfect. The bathroom was a little small

Pros: Location is great, just across from train station and bus stop to Roma Termini.

Pros: The lady who did my check-in and the housekeeping was fantastic. She was so helpful and friendly. She gave me tips on the best ways to get around to all the sightseeing and was a pleasure to deal with. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. A good selection of free tea, coffee and snacks in the kitchen which was very convenient. Location is good, easy walking distance to the Vatican and close to bus stops. Also in a quiet neighbourhoods with cafes nearby.

Fantastic stay; amazing guest house and such a wonderful city to visit - so much to see and do.

Pros: We have just returned from our stay here. The room was really lovely and very, very clean. It is modern and had air conditioning - which we needed as it was hot. The owner couldn't have done enough for us. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us out on multiple occasions about where to go and how to get there. We came in to Fiumicino airport from the UK and got the bus from there to the guest house (9 Euros each) - BUT next time, we'll get the train, as the station (St. Pietro Station) is directly opposite the guest house. We got the train back which cost us 8 Euros each. Most places are accessible by walking but the 62 or 64 buses get you to most of the places you'll want to get to. These start and terminate at the train station - on the other side of the road to the guest house. We would definitely recommend this guest house.

Pros: Great location, friendly service, clean and comfortable room.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight in Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent. We travelled from Civitavecchia cruise port on the train which stopped at the station directly across from the hotel. The air conditioning was wonderful after a hot day sightseeing. I cannot praise Cheryl highly enough. She booked our taxi for an extremely early flight and even called me at 3.25 am to tell me it was on its way.

Pros: Communication with the staff was easy and friendly. The room itself was very nicely furnished and very clean.

Cons: There is nothing that we would have missed.
