Thankyou for the wonderful stay.

Pros: Thankyou it was a wonderful stay. Photos were true to advertised; apartment was clean, neat and smelt very good. I was impressed with all the edible goodies available, also the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, tea, coffee, milk etc and appliances like coffee machine, stove, toaster, kettle, fridge etc.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. Entry to the building and apartment was a bit confusing but was assisted by family who are Italian.

Wonderful time in Rome. Will absolutely return to Italy and Rome.

Pros: Good breakfast, clean room. The air conditioner in the room was very welcome in the heat. Not far to the subway station Punto lungo and near the city centre.

Pros: It was comfortable, nicely decorated and safe. Instructions for access were clear. Breakfast and kitchen use were excellent. It was also quiet. We had a triple room with a private bathroom.

Pros: Everything was exactly as described. The communication with Enzo prior to arrival was excellent thanks to google translator! The self check-in was well explained. We stayed in the double room with external private bathroom, which was literally one step from our room. Breakfast was self service and plentiful, great coffee, kettle for hot water/tea. We loved the cakes provided every day! Two other rooms with quiet guests were sharing. Two bus lines 87 & 628 directly into the city.

Cons: The apartment is in the basement and therefore there's no daylight in the common area. This was not a issue for us but might not suit everyone.

Clean tidy rooms with communal kitchen. Nice host good location

Pros: Excellent small apartment with 3 rooms and communal kitchen. Close to Rome Tuscalona station and Metro. Some reasonable food close by. Clean tidy nice breakfast. Easy to find.

Cons: Wi-Fi didn’t work. Otherwise perfect.
