Unique Luxury Stay

Clean, beautiful and great location. Definitely would come back again.

Pros: I really loved this hotel and the room. The design and the way everything was made; it was professional and made me happy after several other experiences at other hotels. The location is quiet and there are supermarkets nearby. There is a great pizza place just 5 min walk straight and has the word taglio in it I forgot the name. I've tried other similar places but his was the best. The room was clean, communication was prompt and you can go to the city quite easily. The laundry service just 10 min walking away is great. Overall, this hotel has everything I wanted and more.

Cons: Just two minor things. I've noticed more hotels in Italy have it; the blanket does not breathe well and becomes very hot at night as it is more a sofa blanket than for sleeping (in my opinion). I'd prefer a breathing hotel kind of blanket. Another thing is that the beep sound of the entrypad below is very loud, it kinda hurt my ears. Nevertheless, I would 100% come back here again.

Very clean and new place

Pros: New apartment, everything was clean and comfortable. There is also a big kitchen equipped with all sort of tools, and a big fridge

Cons: It would have been nice to be able to leave the luggage at the hotel, but it was communicated in advance.

Pros: The room was very neat and clean. Good airconditioning and noise isolation from outside.

Cons: The pillows were too firm for our liking. Quite far away from the metro in summer heat.

Pros: Host was very friendly. Accommodation was great, everything new and modern, and most important, extremly clean. It has everything you need. Location is also nice. It is connected by bus to every location you would like to visit. I would definitley stay here again and recommend it to everybody. It is great value for the price.

Great stay for Rome rugby and sightseeing.

Pros: Very comfortable, very clean. Easy access to Rome via local bus service. Handy to have a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was lovely around the corner as part of the deal. Would recommend to others and return ourselves.

Amazing place!

Pros: The place is excellent! Really near to the metro station and lot of stores - including a supermarket across the street. The infrastructure of the apartment is amazing - very well-built and comfortable. Marco, the owner, is simply a gentleman - very nice and kind with the guests. Highly recommend this place!
