Absolutely stay here again. Wonderful location

Pros: The best location we could have asked for. In the heart of great restaurants and bars, with quality shops and transport links on the doorstep (nothing more than 10 minute walk away). Very clean room and bathroom - faultless.

Cons: This is a a very small issue so don’t let it persuade you against staying. I used the room safe for our passports and had trouble opening on day of leaving so a little concerned! No means of contacting anyone to help. Kept pressing buttons and eventually got lucky!! A bit stressful but probably my fault!!

Perfect location, cosy room.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The apartment is very close to St. Peter’s Basilica, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Our hostess was extremely kind and welcoming – she had even left us champagne, chocolates and other nice little treats, which was a lovely surprise. The place was clean and cozy, with daily room cleaning. The room itself was very comfortable and pleasant yet a bit small. We would definitely stay recommend th place.

Pros: Everything on it. Affordability, Accessibility, Amenities, Cleanliness, Safety, Comfort… very short walks to the Vatican City, transportation, supermarket, restaurants and shops. She’s very responsive with all my questions. Nothing to worry about choosing this Holiday accommodation. We will surely coming back next time with my whole family 🥰🙏💝

Pros: Clean and comfortable space for our group and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, only minutes from the train station, restaurants and the Vatican and there’s a bus stop outside the door so you can go anywhere easily!

Great stay and a comfortable and clean room in a fabulous location.

Pros: Valentina was great - in messaging me before we arrived and being there when we had requested an early check in. She was very kind and clear in her explanations. The guest room is SO close to the Vatican and is ideally placed for visiting. Fresh cakes and biscuits - plus access to coffee and tea making facilities are supplied.

Compact, modest, immaculately clean in a good location

Pros: This is a simple, humble guest house a few minutes walk from San Pietro Station and Vatican City. The entrance is not obviously signposted so trust the address and look for a tiny sign where you expect to see apartment numbers. Buzz in and catch the quaint, tiny lift to the 4th floor where host Valentina greets you. If you expect large rooms and luxury book somewhere else. But if you want a simple, immaculately clean room in a modest 3 room only guest house in a great location, this is it. With a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the river, exploring the city is easy. We had room 2 with a quiet rear balcony. Room 1 faces the street and I assume room 3 is the larger apartment. Room 2 was compact but had a well appointed ensuite, wardrobe, desk mini fridge and bedside tables. The bed is large and comfy but not much floor space around it, and there is air-conditioning plus the balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Cons: There are a few hazards in this compact room and you had to move carefully because of all the furniture not to hit your head on the edge of the TV, or catch a leg on the bedframe corner (which I did... twice!)

Pros: Very good location. Close to Vatican. Bus to city right outside along with taxi stand. Excellent small family restaurant opposite the apartment on the corner. Valentina was very helpful Very comfortable and spacious apartment with excellent facilities and aircon.

Cons: The area is a little noisy.
