Cons: It was a little inconvenient with the space of the room, but not a big problem! We were three persons but we made it! Generraly it is a good appartment

Pros: We had a lovely stay. The host is very nice, his recommendation got us the best gelato we have tried. If you are coming to Rome to explore and have a room on a budget this is the place.
Cons: Thin walls. But other guests are usually quiet too, cause everyone wants to rest in the room when not exploring Rome.

I recommend it, not too far from the touristic areas and there’s metro & buses nearby.
Pros: The property was clean and good for 3 persons. The staff was so nice and kind. Good hospitality and instructions.
Cons: The only problem was the single bed. It is not too confortable and surrounded by wooden stages. But in general everything was good

Excellent location
Pros: Location was great, lots of buses within a minute distance and two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. Lots of shops , bars and bakery with excellent food and prices. Beds were comfortable, room size was very decent with everything we needed, and daily room cleaning was amazing, very easy late check in, and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back.
Cons: Everything was good

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. Easy check in and out even when no one present. Kitchen unit with everything needed for simple cooking. It's on a side street so shielded from traffic on the main road. Short walk to/from metro and train station. Shops etc. very close by.
Cons: Noisy neighbours in other rooms not respecting the quiet hours woke me up multiple times at 2am 3am... scraping furniture across the floor and talking loudly is all very audible through the walls/doors. A minor point: to squeeze a bidet into the small bathroom, the toilet was placed almost under the sink - not very comfortable to use!

Good value for money if you don’t mind the noise.
Pros: It was accessible and cleaning was done every day.
Cons: The walls must be paper thin because we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbours were doing in the other rooms.

Pros: I recently stayed in a cozy apartment in Rome, conveniently located near the Tiburtina train station. The apartment, though not very large, is incredibly comfortable and well-organized. It features two bedrooms that are combined with a kitchen and living room, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful host. He went out of his way to assist us in some unusual situations, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome. The neighborhood is also very convenient, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. This made getting around the city hassle-free.

Very good!
Pros: Small but really well equipped accommodation. Everything works, nothing is broken. Special thanks to the host and staff - very helpful, you feel that they care about their guests. Great location - 600 m from the metro, about 10 minutes to the Colosseum by metro, there are cafes, shops, Lidl nearby. True, private parking is only in the garage nearby - you will need to give the car keys to the garage employee, which is normal practice in Italy, or look for parking on the streets, if you're lucky, like we were.
