Had the best time staying there!

Pros: I didn’t even expect it to be this good for the price range! It has a shared kitchen between three rooms, but personal bathrooms with towels AND slippers, hairdryer, wifi is good and they even give you vouchers for free breakfasts.

Cons: Check-in was kind of confusing, but you just need to go to the bakery on the corner. The only inconvenience was the bar nearby, that was very loud at night.

I had a great stay

Pros: I really enjoyed my time at this guesthouse, very much recommended. Clean, spacious, beautiful and not far from the center. A very nice + is the ticket offered to get a coffee + croissant at the bakery downstairs!

A good budget-friendly stay with everything needed

Pros: Absolutely reasonable for its price and met all my expectations. It’s a really good low-budget place to stay, with a private bathroom. The breakfast voucher for a croissant and coffee at the bakery downstairs was a really nice surprise! They also provided single-use toiletries and disposable slippers. It’s an immigrant neighborhood, however, you only need to walk a couple of minutes from the bus or train stop, and the transport connections are very convenient. A supermarket is located in the next building. The host was responsive and attentive. Overall, a very good experience.

Cons: The kitchen could have been better equipped. We couldn’t use the induction cooktop because there was no compatible cookware.

Pros: We liked jacuzzi a lot and used it every night after returning from exploring Rome.

Cons: The staff were not friendly. They just handed over the keys and left. There were no instructions on how to use the jacuzzi properly, we had to ask ChatGPT for help. Also, before booking, I’d recommend googling the Tor Pignattara district in Rome - you might not like the surprise.

Clean rooms plus great bakery on the ground floor!

Pros: The place was very clean and the room looked really nice. Maybe the location is a bit far from the touristy places, but on the ground floor there is a great bakery with tasty and affordable food! Also it is near Pigneto, a part of the city that has a bunch of cool bars and cafes!

Cons: Maybe for some people this neighborhood can be a bit noisy, and the location is far from the city centre.
