Benincasa Bed&Breakfast

Pros: Everything was great! Delicious breakfast, great location, clean and comfortable room, nice and friendly owners.

Comfortable place to stay, perfect breakfasts

Pros: Benincasa Bed & Breakfast is an ideal place to relax. It offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a good bathroom. Breakfasts are worth a separate mention. We really liked the approach to organizing breakfasts - the staff puts out a lot of different snacks (bread, cookies, croissants, yogurt, etc.) and you can choose what you want and combine your breakfast as you like. The staff at Benincasa Bed & Breakfast is very polite and courteous. The location of the apartment is not close to the center, but there is a metro station nearby (5 minutes walk), so you can get anywhere by metro. We arrived late so we used the self check in option. I was contacted on WhatsApp by the apartment worker and explained how to do everything.

Pros: Good location to explore Rome from. Close to train station so easy transport. Friendly hosts that were very helpful.

Pros: Everything was clean and ready when we got there, the host was very nice and helpful.

For this price you may not find any better

Pros: This place was in a great location right next to the metro which takes you into the city. For the value of money, it’s worth it and a great affordable option that’s close to the city. The area itself is not nice but if your going to be out exploring rome all day and all you need is a clean confortable bed to sleep on then this is a great option. Domenico and Eva are very friendly and quick to respond on the booking app for any questions you have. They were really kind, helpful and take pride in their work in making sure you are happy and comfortable. Great hosts and speak good English !!

Cons: With the breakfast is very minimal. I wouldn’t call it a sufficient breakfast. There was bread cheese salami, some pasties and packaged things and that’s it. No fresh fruit or salad or eggs. But in saying that for the price you pay I wasnt expecting much. If your on a budget and don’t care about breakfast it’s still a good option.

Great experience

Pros: Everything! Great location, super close to Malatesta metro station. Very friendly hosts, thank you for everything 🙏 The room was big and very clean, wifi was fast. There are Netflix, hairdryer, safety box and even a small fridge in the room. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Nice.

Pros: Rooms were big. It’s very close to metro station (Malatasta). Breakfest was ok. Mostly sweet sfuff but there is something for everyone. Breakfest saves alot of time when exploring Rome. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Lidl is 5 minutes away. Bathroom is very nice and big.

Cons: Sound isolation from other rooms needs to be alot better.

Bezstresowe miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie.

Pros: Obiekt nieco na skraju Rzymu, ale dobrze skomunikowany z centrum. Autobus 81 jedzie wolno (ok. godziny), ale dojedziesz nim prawie do wszystkich ważnych miejsc w Rzymie. Jedynie do Watykanu lepiej użyć metro (też w pobliżu). Dużą zaletą Benincasa Bed&Breakfast jest jego szefowa. Bardzo sympatyczna i komunikatywna. Śniadania formalnie od 8:00, ale w lodówce czekało na nas zawsze coś do zjedzenia tak, że rano (dużo przed 8) mogliśmy się pożywić przed wyjściem. Kolacja w pobliżu tez nie była problemem, podobnie jak zakupy spożywcze. Wyposażenie kuchni kompletne. W pokoju jeden z kontaktów standardowy europejski, reszta włoska (polska wtyczka z wąskimi bolcami) więc z zasilaniem też bez problemu. WiFi sprawne. Łazienka OK (prysznic z dużą kabiną). Sejf. Generalnie — bezstresowe miejsce pobytu. Można polecić (zwłaszcza na krótszy pobyt).

Cons: To czego było brak w pokoju to szafa na ubranie i ciemno (zamknięte okiennice, które można było otworzyć, ale to parter, więc lepiej gdy były zamknięte). Cała reszta OK.
