Pros: We enjoyed the stay at this B&b. The room was nice, the breakfast was good . The host, Mario, was very welcoming and helped us with all the things that we needed, from utilities to questions about our stay in Rome. Even tho we left very early in the morning for our flight, he helped us with preparing something for us to eat. We really recommend it!

Good place to have bed&breakfast
Pros: We stayed here in November 2025. Mario is a very pleasant and welcoming owner - he explained everything, showed us around, and was always helpful. Breakfast was served every morning, and on days when we couldn’t make it in time, we always found a flexible, workable solution with him. The room was small but clean and warm. The shared kitchen always had water, some food, coffee, and tea available. Getting there is not difficult, although it does take some time. The nearest метро station is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center by tram. The area is a residential neighborhood - a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night, but perfectly fine during the day.
Cons: The only downside was the high humidity in the room. We really missed having a clothes drying rack - our clothes took a very long time to dry and often remained a bit damp. However, this seems to be a fairly common issue in many places around Europe.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. Was expecting hot food and more choices Towels should be changed daily. Also 1 of the towels provided on day1 was torn.

Pros: Perfect choice to stay when visiting Rome. Very clean and functional b&b. 3 rooms A, B and C. Delicious breakfast. Kitchen like at home with access to all equipment. 3 shelfs in the fridge for each room if you want to keep your food. Patio on the roof will give you chance to relax after busy days in Rome. Very close to bis and tram stops to get to city center. Mario the owner was always ready to help with all informations. Highly recommending. 10/10 👏👏👏

A beautiful peaceful base from which to explore Rome, close to amazing local food and bars.
Pros: This place was a beautiful, peaceful and authentic neighbourhood from which to explore Rome. Mario was a lovely host and the breakfast was great every morning. Our favourite thing was all the amazing local restaurants and bars that were a walking distance away, so much better than the food in central Rome! Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Although the distance was generally a good thing, it’s good also to note that it will take you around a hour to get into the main tourist spots on public transport. But, with that you get a really cool Roman experience that’s definitely more peaceful than battling the crowds.

Cons: Although it is a bit far from city centre, taking the tram (avoiding buses) will take you anywhere in a fair amount of time.

Absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here, Mario was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. Mario also helped as when our flight was a late night one we asked if we could keep the room for the day to give us more time to pack and a place to keep our belongings while we made the most of our last day. The breakfast was lovely everything was laid out for whenever you fancied to go up and have it. The terrace was gorgeous and so much prettier than you could think.
Cons: My only down side was the location the surrounding area isn't too great however there is an amazing restaurant that Mario recommended, and there are also many ways in transportation around so you don't have to walk around the neighbourhood if yo don't want to. For example we used the trams and they made our life very easy.
