Relaxing and pleasant

Pros: The property was very clean, check in and out was very easy and there everything in the rooms and the kitchen was included as well as utilities such as microwave etc.

Pros: The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Very nice place to stay. The host, although we communicated just through whatsapp, was very nice, helpful and friendly ❤️

Cons: The room too small for a family of 3, the location was close to the meteo stration, but had to change 2 metros, sometimes 3 to get to the areas of interest in the city center. We would have preffered normal breakfast (cooked), therefore we ate out for breakfast. We dod however enjoyed having a kitchen.

Pros: The room was perfect! Very confortable and clean. We felt at home. After walking through Rome like 20KM a day it was relieving to know we had comfy spot waiting for us. Even far from the city center there are plenty restaurants and spots for quick snacks around. Metro is just across the street so very easy to get in and out. Self checkin and checkout experience was absolutely frictionless and hotel staff always responded promptly through whatsapp.

Cons: Not about the hotel, but if you are basing your travel around metro, be aware that line A is closing early at 9pm, and depending on where you are, that is an important spot to get back to the hotel via public transportation. We were not aware of this and had to find alternative ways to get back.

Cons: I really did not find anything I disliked about the property or my stay. it is a bed and breakfast and offers exactly that, a comfy bed and good breakfast. I perhaps would consider adding signage outside the property as it was a bit confusing to know which property it was, especially with other people in the building not knowing about the B&B.

Pros: Really clean, and the furniture is high quality (and this applies to everything). The breakfast was enough, had everything I needed. I did around 30-45 minutes to the city center from the location, and the local restaurants around the location were really good. It was above my expectations and the host is really nice. Thanks a lot for the memories.

Pros: Everything's fine. Price/quality ratio great. Everywhere was cleaned and ready. Breakfast good, nice kitchen where you can make your own breakfast from prepared ingredients. Very pleasant and nice owner. Earlier check in was possible by appointment. Helpful also in other questions to travel around the area.

Pros: Il check in automatico e molto comodo. Inoltre viene inviato un video con la spiegazione accurata dei codici da inserire per aprire la porta principale dell'appartamento e la casetta contenente le chiavi della propria stanza. Il personale e molto gentile. La stanza era molto pulita e accogliente come design. Colazione molto abbondante e con le macchinette in dotazione che fanno un ottimo espressino o cappucino sembra di essere in un bar.

Cons: Forse un po' altino il prezzo

Pros: Jolie décoration, très propre et la literie. Le logement est exceptionnel et l espace commun très agréable Le lieu est propre du métro, très bien visité Rome. Le b&b est en dehors de la ZTL et facile de trouver un parking

Pros: Totul a fost perfect. Camera curata, baia curata, așternuturile albe și curate. Bucătăria dotată și o mica terasa unde am băut cafeaua. Am avut mic dejun inclus de unde puteam servi prăjituri, lapte cu cereale, brânză, iaurturi, sucuri naturale. Cartier foarte liniștit, aproape de metrou la 2min de mers pe jos. Cu metroul ajungi foarte ușor și repede la toate punctele de interes din Roma. Recomand tuturor!!! Vom reveni aici cu siguranță!
