Pros: A very clean and well kept accommodation. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was roomy with plenty of hot water. The accommodation is within an easy walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. Bus and train depots were a brisk 30 minute walk away.

Cons: We didn't like the automatic lights coming on every time someone moved. The lights shone in to our bedroom at night when other guests were moving about the house and it was quite disruptive to our sleep. We bioked a room for 2 single ladies that had a double bed and sofa bed however, there was no sofa bed but something that looked like an unfolding chair., not made up to sleep on. It also wasn't very clear in the description on the booking platform about the use of the kitchen and there were quite extreme additional charges for extras that we expected would be included. We also didn't like the fact that there were 3 cameras in the property....these rather intrusive and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Pros: everything , its super clean and well organized appartment and perfectly fine place to sleep without a noise

Pros: Tutto molto pulito e confortevole. Buona anche la posizione, in zona ben collegata con tutte e tre le linee di metropolitana della città.

Cons: Niente da segnalare

Soggiorno in tutta tranquillità!

Pros: Un ambiente accogliente, con tutto quello che occorre per una vacanza romana! Ubicata a Casalbertone, a 10 minuti di autobus dalla Tiburtina...Completo di tutto! La stanza n.3 da preferire per il bagno in camera!

Cons: Se si arriva con l'auto propria, si potrebbero avere problemi a trovare parcheggio nel quartiere...

Pros: Stanza pulitissima, letto comodissimo e bagno super pulito. Accesso facile e ci sono il bagno schiuma e shampoo. Ritornerò lo consiglio

Cons: La TV non era sintonizzata non c'erano i canali rai e Mediaset.. nella stanza tre

Cons: Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare una bottiglietta di acqua in stanza.

Very comfortable and close to the station

Pros: The room was spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The keys were easy to get and the fact that I could enter the building and the apartment from my phone was very useful.

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: La proprietaria dell'appartamento é stata così carina e gentile con me massima disponibilità in tutto ❤️

Cons: La ragazza delle pulizie e le pulizie ,a terra era un pochino sporco e anche sotto il letto ma davvero poco e lei si lamentava spesso del fatto che fosse stanca e rispondeva un po male.

Pros: Die Reinigung vom Putzpersonal und die Ausstattung des Zimmers und Badezimmers.

Cons: Mehr Kontakt beim Check-In wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Pros: Appartamento accogliente,camera e bagno puliti,full optional, pulizia giornaliera,(mai successo in altri b&b). Posizione comoda , fermata mezzi vicina.

Cons: Nulla, tutto perfetto 👍
