Wonderful Host and Great Stay
Pros: The owner was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Even though she doesn’t speak English, it was never a problem—she used a translator on her phone very well. The room was extremely clean and spacious. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and just two stops to reach the center of Rome. There’s a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and the owner provides breakfast every day (fresh croissants, milk, pastries, jam, cheese, juice, etc.). A truly pleasant stay!

Pros: It’s in a really nice area Pigneto, full of restaurants and bars. Be aware that in this area you will experience siesta. The property is old Italian house/building, with a nice terrace, and the owner signora Maria, is super nice and kinds. It’s clean and has all you need.

Great accommodation with everything you need. Well worth the short tram ride into central Rome.
Pros: Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was really helpful and accommodating. She doesn't speak English, so it was a good chance to practice our poor Italian :) We just used Google Translate to communicate with no issues.
Cons: It was a bit far away from central Rome and attractions. But that wasn't an issue because there was a tram close by that ran up and down Via Casilina, which took us right up to Roma Termini. Public transport was easy. We just trapped our credit card on the machine to validate our trip. No transport passes were needed.

Great place to stay for true local vibe.
Pros: Great host and place to stay. Very accommodating, easy access to town, great amenities (groceries/wine bar) in the neighbourhood.
Cons: Not the hosts fault but the neighbourhood was a bit noisy with dogs barking at night and construction starting next door before 8:00 a.m.

Overal not a bad choice
Pros: Most of the stuffs overall were good quality, comfy and in good condition, the TV had Netflix.
Cons: The bathroom cabin was very small and uncomfy, the actual price you need to pay for the room is more than what you see because of very expensive tax, not sure that you cant find something better for the sum of price per night and tax per night together…

Pros: Room is very clean and cozy, the area has good transport link to airport/ train station /central , there’s kitchen for guest to use ,which is really a bonus. The landlady is very nice and willing to help. I will be happy to stay here again if I go to Rome next time.

Value for money and helpful owner
Pros: The place was clean, and the owner was very polite and helpful. She accommodated our late check-in request and ensured we had extra crossaint for our breakfast. Great value for money we paid.
Cons: The location was slightly far from central town even though it had direct connecting tram, which was time consuming as on our first day in the city there was a bus strike.

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms Nice additional facilities Great host Great location in a vibrant area
Cons: Can get a touch noisy in the area over the weekend, but with windows closed (there is aircon) it is entirely manageable. The angle of the shower made it hard to keep the floor dry, but also not terrible
