Good value for money
Pros: The apartment this B&B is in is easily reachable by Metro (there is a few minutes of walking needed, but no big deal). Check-in was easy, you never see anyone, it's nearly all digital. Nice kitchen. Room was pretty big. Overall, especially compared to other places in Rome, this one was good for the money it costs.
Cons: One shared bathroom for 3 rooms is not optimal, especially in the morning. While it was reasonably clean, the floor was slightly dirty at times, too.

Nice room in a calm location
Pros: Kitchen with a Coffee machine, it was calm area, metro station is just several minutes by foot. Quick check in with key box.
Cons: Only one set of keys. It was a really big disadvantage for us, since we had totally different plans for our visit. It should be possible to get at least the second set.

Pros: Good location, close to the metro line. Several restaurants and shops nearby. Honest and helpful host. Quiet part of the city.

Pros: Location, kitchen with cooking facilities/utensils, coffee machine, quiet neighbourhood, quick communication with the host _Giovanni.
Cons: Late check in fees were not necessary in my opinion as everything was sorted/ communicated via WhatsApp. Use of the washing machine n dryer cost 10 euros. Wasn't aware of it until after using it. One can hear other guests because of the shared space ( kitchen / bathroom). Would be best if the whole apartment was left as one booking.. shared toilets were not ideal when everyone wan't to head off first thing in the morning.

Pros: The location is about 10 minutes to walk for metro & bus station,the owner Gianni very kind and helpful. He transfer us from the airport to the apartment which was very clean, breakfast with coffee,croisants,cokies,juice.
Cons: The kitchen and the bathroom washared with other guests. One bathroom for 7 people sometimes was unconfortable,but we managed somehow.

Very good night sleep, very clean appartement, but self service breakfast is more like a snack than a proper breakfast b
Pros: Easy self check in, very clean, confortable, no noise, AC working, dark room for sleep, self breakfast, fully equiped kitchen (oven, stove and refrigirator and freezer). Market is 10 min walk.

Nice and spacious room, clean private bathroom and an easy access to the city centre
Pros: It was a very well decorated nice little place offering a shared kitchen, a spacious room for three persons, a balcony and a private bathroom. The host was very friendly and assistive upon our arrival. Subway station was nearby so we had easy access to the city centre.

Pros: Location was near metro station and bus stop, so it was very easy to transport to the centre. For breakfast there were croissants, juices and many more delicious snacks. The kitchen had all necessary gadgets for cooking. Amazing was discovery of a freezer, where we could make some ice for drinks.
Cons: The lift to the flat was very small, and my friends were a bit claustrophobic. Balcony was small, but cousy for morning reading/coffee time with street noise.

Quite happy with everything.
Pros: Easy to get to metro station, therefore easy to get around. Staff is very friendly. Clean and comfy. One thing I was struggling with is the coffee maker - sometimes, the hot water somehow escapes to the table underneath rather than dripping to my cup as a coffee.
Cons: The coffee maker seems to like to play with me.
