Pros: Location is perfect and really clean homey apartment with nice terrace.

Pros: Very clean appartment, everything you need for small trip in rome, near is metrostation, 15 min to city center. Nice place in total

Cons: I didnt like the brekfast offer, for first day is okay but we needed to share what was inside with other people, which was not enough.

Pros: It was a very sweet holiday with my mom to the heart of Italy. Many thanks to Barbara and her cute and cozy apartment that made our experience in Rome so special and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, all facilities were proper. We had all we need. Barbara is really hospitable. She keeps in touch with you and ready to help. Everything in hotel was so sweet, cute, tasteful and plenty of interesting beautiful details, especially in the kitchen. Location is safe and quiet, metro is near. There are also a lot of cafes next to hotel. It does not take a lot of time to get to sights or city center. Rome is brilliant, a true open museum under the sky so you will enjoy it every second. I wish to this hotel respectful guests, prosperity and all the best in the future!

Fantastic value for money. Has everything you could need.

Pros: The breakfast included toast, cheese, ham, yogurts and a lot of sweets. Coffee was also available and juices that the owner filled up every morning. Also cereal was available. The owner and the room was incredible, definitely will come back.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great. Highly recommend this place.

Pros: We had everything we need. We eat breakfast outside, in the balcony, surrounded by lemon trees.

Cons: The 2x single beds. I prefer one matrimonial bed not 2 single ones.

Comfortable and great location

Pros: The apartment was near to the metro station, which was perfect to reach the city center. There were restaurants near it. Everything very clean with all the facilities. Breakfast according your preferences with many options.

One week in Roma

Pros: The accomodation is in a garden, close to a main road, but as its in a garden its quiet. Bus/metro about 5 minutes walk, city centre about 15-20 minutes with metro. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and a very nice comfortable room with comfy bed and nice clean bathroom. The host was very nice, helpful and polite, asking if i needed anything, easy to communicate with, helped me about sights in Rome and transport infos. I stayed for 7 days and was very comfortable and relaxing, thank you <3

Alloggio molto comodo

Pros: L'ambiente era accogliente e mi sono trovata molto bene. Colazione variamente assortita e letto molto comodo

Cons: Mi sono trovata bene. L'unica cosa che non dipende dall'alloggio sono i vicini un pochino rumorosi

Comodo appoggio per un weekend di lavoro (musicale) all'Arco di Travertino

Pros: Il miniappartamento era molto comodo e c'era a disposizione di tutto. Gli spazi erano adeguati ed era molto silenzioso, a dispetto del suo essere formalmente sulla Tuscolana (era un interno molto quieto)

Cons: Unico piccolo appunto: i letti, pur comodi, avevano un incerato che faceva sudare
