Great accommodation!

Pros: Great accommodation! Fabrizio is a very helpful host, he let us for late check out for free:) Everything was clean and ready for us. Apartment is at about 10 minutes by foot from the metro station what is a huge advantage (next to the metro is a supermarket what is another advantage). If we back to Rome, we will definitely stay at your place. Thank you Fabrizio and greetings from Poland!

Pros: Fabrizio is the great host, we had everything we needed in the room and he helped us with our requests as well, the place was quiet, clean and spacious. There were also some complimentary drinks in the fridge and coffee machine with good number of coffee capsules. Location is good, yes, you need to walk around 8-10 minutes to metro/bus stop, but from there up to Termini station or Piazza Spagna (same metro line) it is only 15-20 minutes to ride.

We have had lovely family holiday. Fabricio is an excellent host, hospitable and helpful.

Pros: Location was very convenient - about 10 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is a 24 hour supermarket located on the main road, next to the Metro station. Quiet neighbourhood, a very nice café/restaurant on the way home. The apartment is very spacious and clean, two bedrooms, comfortable beds, a kitchen/dining area and a small balcony. Continental breakfast, delicious coffee.

Cons: The kitchen would benefit from more pots and pans (to cook for hungry children!), although this is not necessary if you are eating out.

Friendly host, good location and nice and comfortable equipment

Pros: The host was very friendly and waited for us with the check-in when we were late because of traffic jam. Less than 10 minutes by walking from metro A. Bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean and renovated. I really liked the outlets and switches on each side of the bed.

Cons: We liked everything!
