Very comfortable and without issues

Pros: It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was super helpful and nice. Breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend.

Pros: Small but cosy room, top clean, well located - close to metro and bus stop and some shops too.

Expectation/Reality 9/10

Pros: The location is perfect for our taste. We weren't looking for a place to live in the center, as we were looking for peace and quiet. The area is perfect. It's very quiet; the metro is around the corner, and the bus is even closer. It's very easy to navigate, and you're in the center in just a couple of stops. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast, this is definitely worth checking out. The hostess was very responsive and always available. We had a situation where we couldn't eat our breakfast because we had to leave early for the Vatican Museum, but Valentina offered us a snack to take home. Such attention to the guest is greatly appreciated.

Cons: We might have added disposable slippers since we went out onto the balcony and it wasn't very comfortable without shoes. Otherwise, everything was great. We got everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was good apartment and zo clean but food is sweet.

Pros: The breakfast was good but it was just sweets. The location is near subway and the place is calm and quiet. The rooms are so clean.

Cons: There wasn't tea and water. Coffees were cold and the food was just sweets. There isn't any electric kettle in the room.

Pros: Valentina was the best hostess ever. I hope we can come again and stay in the exact same room. FIY,the nearest metro station is Colli Albani , line A,only 1 minute from Appia Regina viarum. Thanks for the memories

everything was just wonderful

Pros: The room is in a nice, quiet area close to the metro, and just a short drive from the city center. It was very clean, well-furnished, and recently renovated, with everything you could need. I’d especially like to thank Valentina, who was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and the coffee was fantastic. Valentina was always available and even helped arrange our airport transfer. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

Cons: There were no bad moments

Pros: Valentina was a great host and the accommodation was very nice, modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the location was well connected to the city center by both metro and bus. Additionally, the host Valentina was very helpful, she let us check-in in the morning and kept our backpacks for us on the last day.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every morning we had a delicious and varied breakfast with freshly made coffee served right in our room - such a wonderful start to the day. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet area, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro that connects you to the whole city. There are also several shops nearby for anything you might need. A special thank you to Valentina, the most amazing host! She was always there for us - kind, thoughtful, and ready to help with anything. What truly touched us was how she helped me organize a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - such a beautiful and personal gesture that we’ll never forget. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly organized stay in Rome. Valentina, thank you again for everything - you are simply the best! ❤️

Cons: Absolutely everything was perfect!

Pros: Neibourghood is fantastic, easy to catch, and you can find everything you need. Vale is very polight, helped whenever we need it, kind and always with a smile. Thanks for everything on e again! Every recommendation.

Pros: We were sited in the Salavia apartment it was very clean and new, the location is great there’s a metro station near by. Would recommend. Fun fact breakfast here is always sweet
