Good place to stay at as a group

Pros: Number of bedrooms, distance to the city centre and public transport, size of the apartment. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay at - it is equiped with pretty much everything you might need. + the host was very nice and friendly!

Cons: Overall cleanliness was a little bit on the downside of things, bring your own towels and soap if possible. Be prepared, that the apartment is above a quite a busy road. Other than that it is a great place to stay at.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The place feels like a truly roman experience. We were 3 people so the apartment was more than enough for us, and super comfortable. Beautiful decoration, the location is great, very close to Manzoni metro stop so you can access everything very easily. The host was very nice, explained everything, let us leave our luggage before checkin and was available through text as well.

A touch of paradise.

Pros: Location. The size of the bedrooms. The kitchen is small considering there is no lounge. Landlord nice. This is the first BNB that does not have salt and pepper, sugar and other kitchen items available for the residents. Most leave the good ghe people hsve left for the next person. There was none of this supplied. The plug in the kitchen for the microwave was difficult to plug in. The microwave vibrates loudly. The most disappointing item missing was the kettle. You also need to know you can not put toilet paper into the toilet. As it can block and if it does you have to pay for it to be unblocked. In saying this, the items discussed could be put in. A kettle is cheap as is a microwave to replace the old one. Beautiful old treasures on display. Im please yo congratulate the people before us for removing them from the property. Sandy Taylor

Pros: Entering into this apartment was like entering into a piece of art. We really enjoyed a lot staying there. Really cosy, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and located near to most famous touristic attractions of Rome. We would definitely recommend it!

Ideal apartment for us, we absolutely loved our stay.

Pros: As three guys travelling the three well sized bedrooms with three spacious bathrooms meant we were not waiting to use facilities. It was a very welcome change to other apartments we have stayed in. Certainly be looking to stay again. Great location. I’ve stayed in San Giovanni several times but it was first for my friends and they loved it. Easy walking everywhere around. Metro, bus and taxi rank within a couple of minutes walk. Cozy little kitchen / communal area were we could sit and chat.

Cons: Everything was great.

Recommendation for a spacious apartment in an excellent location :)

Pros: Everything is as in the pictures, the apartment is big, suitable for several people, it is in a great location and the host was kind and friendly. You have a lot of supermarkets, small restaurants, bakeries near the building - so you don't have to walk far for basic things. The nearest landmark is Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano.

Cons: I was missing an electric kettle or some other coffee making equipment (cezve) in the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen could be better too.

Pros: clean, very good location We liked that the place had local attitude and style , in a very beautiful block of flats

Cons: the owner was slow in answering the messages and that can cause nervousness when you arrive. But finally we managed to communicate .

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu sklepy. metro. Blisko do wszystkich ważnych zabytków. Polecam! Gospodyni bardzo pomocna. W cenie rezerwacji mieliśmy transfer z lotniska.

Pratique et bien situé

Pros: Entre la gare de termini (20mn) et le Colisée. 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble.

Cons: Cuisine petite pour manger a 6. Sentiments de défiance désagréable lors du contrôle des documents d'identité. Ne pas oublier la taxe de séjour de 5€ par nuit par personne au delà de 10 ans.
