Pros: Good location for travelling into central Rome, lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Quiet in the apartment. Enough room for 2 adults and 3 children in the bedrooms.

Great apartment and well located

Pros: The second floor apartment was larger than anticipated and very clean. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The location was great with Manzoni subway just 4 minutes away with great access to Ligne A. Lots of small shops and restaurants nearby. A great base to explore Rome!

Pros: Had everything we needed and was close enough to major attractions

Cons: Nothing really maybe would of liked to be intro’d by owner/manager on arrival but contact-less locations are more the norm now.

Pros: Everything! Great place, nice and clean. Great location, close to everything. Only walking distance away from everything we wanted to see and visit.

Cons: The building does not have the parking. It was hard to find a parking that is close.

Spacious apartment with aircon, ideal for families

Pros: - Nice and spacious apartment with a well working aircon which was much needed to get a good night sleep. - A small but working elevator to get to the second floor and a working washing machine - Location is okay, about 20 minutes walk from Colosseum, metro Manzoni nearby - great restaurant downstairs which is a big plus when you're tired after a day exploring

Cons: We did not meet our host at all, which I found odd. I like meeting local people and having a chat about what they like about the neighbourhood and I like to get some advice on the nearby facilities like bakeries/ supermarkets and restaurants. Now this is a very personal preference of course. Maybe the host can add and informative folder to the apartment with more info about the apartment (waste management for instance) important numbers (doctor/ taxi etc) public transport in the neighbourhood local restaurants the nearby sights

Perfecta estancia para Roma

Pros: Lo bien comunicado que estaba de los principales sitios turísticos, así como a 5 minutos en metro y 2 en autobús. Las habitaciones super bien preparadas y las explicaciones de cómo entrar. Así como la zona era tranquila.

Cons: El ascensor para subir. Pero es cosa del edificio.
