Pros: The apartment is located right next to Termini station and there are convenient bus stops to anywhere you might wish to visit in Rome. Тhere are a lot of restaurants and some supermarkets. The representatives of the host were very helpful with anything we needed.
Cons: There were some small things that needed repair but nothing major.

Pros: Excellent location with everything fully prepared in advance.The room is very comfortable with all kinds of furniture.There is also high safety level and quietness although it is super close to the train station.The host is friendly and responsible for all the details.We hope to come back soon.
Cons: It is on the third floor with no elevator.But that's acceptable.

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The apartment is recently renovated, modern, equipped with everything you need to feel like at home. Excellent location 5 minutes from Termini station with excellent connection to the city center and the airport. We had a morning flight and the friendly staff arranged for us to come at 11 to leave our suitcases and pick up the keys even though check-in is regularly at 3. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again. All the best recommendations.
Cons: There is no elevator in the building and elderly guests may have a problem climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage.

Ótima opção em Termini
Pros: O apartamento é moderno e tudo atendeu perfeitamente à nossa família. Muito perto da estação Termini, por onde chegamos, e onde tem o Mercado Central. Fomos a pé ao Coliseu e a Fontana de Trevi, e de metrô ao Vaticano, sem baldeação.

Pros: 위치가 매우 좋아요. 테르미니역과 마조레 대성당 중간쯤이라 양쪽의 마트 다 이용할 수 있었습니다. 침실2개 화장실 2개로 4인가족 이용하기 좋았어요. 거실이 작아도 따로 있어서 편리했습니다. 침실은 커서 캐리어 3개를 펼쳐놓아도 괜찮를 정도입니다.
Cons: 여행자의 자질구레한 물건들을 놓아둘 테이블이 좀 더 있으면 좋겠어요. 전기, 난방조절기 등에 대한 영어설명이 있다면 좋겠습니다.

Pros: Obiekt był przede wszystkim bardzo czysty, dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki to idealne połączenie. Właściciel bardzo miły i bardzo pomocny. Lokalizacja idealna, z dworca Termini szliśmy 3 minutki, wszędzie blisko. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Pros: Alojamiento bien situado a 5 min de Termini. El anfitrion nos espero a las 12:00 para darnos las llavez y pudieramos dejar el quipaje aunque pudimos entrar a las 15:00 una vez limpio. Solo haciamos el desayuno en el apartamento pero el menaje era suficiente. Lavadora, lavavajillas, microhondas ok. Buenas camas. Habitaciones amplias. Bien decorado y buen aire acondicionado. Muy recomendable.
Cons: Tercer piso sin ascensor, pero creo que no es un factor para descartarlo, se podian subir perfectamente

Pros: Apartamento totalmente reformado. Tercer piso sin ascensor. En el check in todo fue muy rápido y deprisa. Faltó información sobre el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos

Ailece gidecekler için Termini dibinde, muhteşem güzergahlı ve donanımlı düzenli bir ev..
Pros: İlandakinin aynısı, 27 ocakta 3 geceliğine gittik.. ısınma gayet iyi. sıcak su sorunu olmayan çok ideal bir ev.. tadilat yapılmış yeni bir ev olmuş. Her detay düşünülmüş. Havlular,sabun,şampuan, bulaşık detarjanı,süngeri... Wifi var. Her odada televizyon mevcut.. ev tertermiz. Saç kurutma, ütü, ütü masası, tabaklar ,bardaklar,askılık dolu gardroplar sanki otel gibi.. şık ve sade bir tasarım.. asansör olmadığı için 3.kat zor düşünülebilir ama alışıyorsunuz.havaalanına ulaşımda trenle sabah 5te sokakta rahatça yürüyüp terminiye ulaştık.. terminiye çoook yakın, metroyla gidip gezdik rahatça. Hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık.. Ailece çok sevdik. Bir daha Roma'ya gidersek hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız. Bizimle çok güzel ilgilenen Lorenzo ya sabrı, yardımı için özellikle buradan tekrar teşekkür ederiz..
