Excellent and comfortable

Pros: The location is superb, just a four minutes walk to the train station. It has a washer and dryer which is a bonus point. The place is nice and new, easy access to anywhere in the heart of Rome.

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing apartment, very clean, exactly as advertised. There were some plum cakes which children liked. Vania was very friendly and easy to approach. We faced short-circuit in the morning and Vania replied very quickly. However we had very less time so managed without electricity for last 30 min and left. We'll definitely return when visit rome again.

Perfect place to stay!

Pros: The communication was very good right from the start! :) Roberta is a very kind and helpful person! When we entered the apartment we were amazed at how beautiful and cozy and well-kept it was, just like in the photos! It was the perfect home for our family vacation. Superbly located, as well as being close to the center, it has easy access to public transport (metros and buses). It was an incredible surprise! When we return to Rome we already know where to stay! :)

Perfect Stay for Family/Group

Pros: 1. The host were very welcoming, friendly, cooperative and mindful of our requirements. Miss Matilde Provided prompt assistance in getting early morning airport taxi, and gave insightful information on where to eat, where to shop etc 2. Short minute walk from Roma Termini Station. 3. 20-30 minutes walk to most attractions 4. Metro and bus stations are nearby 5. Two big supermarkets are nearby 6. The linen and towels were clean 7. Kitchen fully equipped for those who wish to cook themselves. The host were also thoughtful enough to leave cloth detergent and softener to use with the washing machine. Big bonus is there is also a separate dryer. 8. Coffee pods provided

Pros: Matilde is an amazing host.Her property is located very centrally in the city of Rome offering great connectivity throughout the city.Her place was impeccably clean,well organized and beautiful.Much recommended for families.

Pros: Apartment was modern, comfortable, clean & fully equipped with nice appliances, washer & dryer & elevator. Good location near many sights, restaurants & train station. Staff was helpful & friendly. Host was easy to contact & communicated well.

Cons: Apartment is on a busy street & neighborhood is a bit run down with graffiti & street people. However apartment is very secure with multiple security features.
