Pros: The owner… She was so cute and helpful. We asked from her to change of the check-in time because we were so tired and we need to sleep asap and she said sure and let us to enter earlier than check-in time so again thank u so much 🫶🏻

Family of 6 for 1 night in Rome

Pros: Huge apartment with high ceilings, two WC’s, kitchen/diner, 3 rooms and grand entrance. Great value for money. Hostess was very helpful, attending to let us in quickly when we arrived early, advising on good places to eat and help to arrange airport transfer.

Pros: Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Duży przestrzenny apartament w dość dobrej lokalizacji. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Jak za te pieniądze to ok. Dwie łazienki ułatwiają pobyt większej grupie osób. Mieszkanie nie jest nowe, ale jest ok, godne polecenia.

Cons: Zamek od drzwi wejściowych ledwie się trzymał, ktoś mógł bez problemu pchnąć zamknięte drzwi i wejść do środka. Spłuczki w toaletach nie działały do końca dobrze. Słabe ciśnienie wody w kranie i prysznicu, może dla tego że to 5 piętro. W jednej z sypialni bardzo słychać odgłosy z ulicy, samochody i tramwaje. W pozostałych sypialniach ok.

Consigliato se non hai tante pretese

Pros: Consigliato se non hai tante pretese. casa grande in una bella corte. Vicina a termini ma due stradine più in là quindi tranquilla e decisamente ci si sente più sicuri. Vicinissima ai mezzi ma anche comoda per muoversi camminando. Sono rimasto sorpreso in positivo sulla pulizia dato le altre recensioni. Biancheria pulita non ho avuto nessun problema anzi host ha chiesto se avevamo bisogno di aggiuntive.. La casa ha tutto quello che avevamo bisogno Un grazie anche all’host de Roma :) simpatica e disponibile

Cons: Ci saranno un paio di manutenzioni da fare ma comparato alle alternative questa ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Pros: Molto ampia, tutto pulito, la signora Simona molto disponibile e simpatica ci ha fatto molto piacere conoscerla, si è messa a disposizione subito anche se abbiamo prenotato molto tardi, ci torneremo la prossima volta a Roma.

Pros: La casa è accogliente, spaziosa, ben illuminata e inoltre tutto ha un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. L appartamento è munito di tutti i servizi ed è facile accedervi. Tutto eccellente, ci ritornerò!
