Perfect place to stay

Pros: Giovanni was very helpful. He met us at the apartment and explained everything. He was very kind. He was available when we had a problem in the apartment (our fault) and it was quickly resolved. It was a relatively quiet area at night. We felt safe at night. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and modern. It was close to the train station, metro, and restaurants. We walked to the Colosseum in 20 minutes and took the metro a few stops to other attractions.

Cons: One of the showers is very small and will be hard to move around in if you are a bigger person. There were no blankets as it was mid-Sept but a couple of the nights were cooler than usual. I had a thin airline blanket that I used.

Rome stay in summer

Pros: The apartment is very conveniently located, just a couple of blocks away from Termini. There is also a Metro station just around the corner. The apartment is clean and it comes with 2 bedrooms & 2 washrooms; very good for my party of 4. Our host, Giovanni was exceptional. He was in front of the building waiting for us. His hospitality and warm can be felt almost immediately. He showed us around with many tips about Rome. Thanks Giovanni for a welcoming experience.

Central and comfortable family accommodation

Pros: Booking as per pics on booking.com. Close your train station but also walkable to all other sites. Giovanni the host was always checking in and giving handy recommendations. Would love to stay here again if back in Rome.

This apartment offered good value as a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Rome.

Pros: It was in a secure building and very well located for walking to get the train, and pretty much to most of the popular attractions. The property itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and it had everything that we needed for us to be comfortable during our stay. The friendly owner, Giovanni, met us at the apartment to welcome us and was very accommodating.

Cons: We had no complaints and there were no issues.

Great apartment and lovely host.

Pros: The location of this apartment is about 5 mins walk from the train station. Our host Giovanni met us there and showed us around the place. It had everything we needed and is exactly as the photos shown. He was very helpful and even contacted us during our stay to see if we needed assistance with anything. He recommended a restaurant for us, Il Gusto Nascosto. It is about 15 mins away in a car but well worth the visit. We would definitely stay at this apartment again and look forward to our next visit to Rome.
